Stallone has a 1/2 sister named Toni D’Alto (Toni Anne Filiti) according to IMDB. She is approximately 40 something and she is the daughter of Jackie Stallone. She just seems to fit all of the clues. I searched top 100 A list stars and Stallone is the only celebrity I could find with a 1/2 sister.
