NO MORE PRYING EYES

Documenting how the rich and famous live can be daunting, but here we go. Mick Jagger has had his beach home in Mustique for years and his neighbors include Tommy Hilfiger and Bryan Adams. Mick’s pad is a rambling Japanese style home called “Stargroves” (houses there have NAMES, you know.) Jagger rents it out when he’s not there and you could probably snag the place for around $150,000 a month -off season! Recently Mick’s next door neighbor put his villa (named “Pelican Beach”) up for sale (two bedrooms for four million dollars, yet) and Mick immediately snapped it up.He likes his privacy and beach homes tend to be a tad close together. Now he and his towering girlfriend L’Wren Scott can cavort unwatched. A warning to potential renters- watch out for the sand fleas that infest the beach every afternoon. They bite, according to my friend Richard Mineards, who just returned from Mustique.

   yeah, those sand fleas in Mustique. I know all about ‘em.
   Mick should just buy the whole darn island and evict those beachcombers once and for all!

   Just returned from a Mustique honeymoon….the houses aren’t that close to each other, Jerry Hall has her own house there and the sand fleas DO bite!
