Maybe Paris Hilton isn’t sure who he is, but even the most jaded Hollywood trendoids at the Skybar at the Mondrian hotel were impressed to to find themselves in the same place with U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair August 1st. “He had about ten bodyguards but he was very friendly and chatty and seemed like he was having a great time. He was introduced to Snoop Dogg but they didn’t seem to have much to talk about!” said an eyewitness. A cute young girl with cell phone in hand asked Snoop if he’d please say hello to her sister because it was her birthday – but Snoop could NOT be bothered. The daring girl managed to dodge the Prime Minister’s guards and asked HIM if he’d say happy birthday to her sister on the phone. The well-mannered Blair not only obliged, but he had a ten minute chat with the thrilled sister.
