The Hollywood Girl Feuds are still flourishing. At the Chateau Marmont party hosted by Penelope Cruz, Mischa Barton and Rachel Zoe were having a good time – but with one eye on the door. They did NOT want to run into Nicole Richie so they had planned to make a quick escape if when and if she arrived. They also hoped to avoid Paris Hilton so they asked people to notify them if either turned up. They had their escape route carefully planned so they could leave quickly without any fuss. (The Olsen twins weren’t about to let their dislike of Paris Hilton ruin THEIR good time – they just pretend she doesn’t exist.) Rachel and Mischa wasted their energy – their arch enemies didn’t turn up.

It’s not set to come out until July of 2007, but the release of the trailer for the next Harry Potter film has already got all of Hollywood buzzing and buying!
You may remember when Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone came out, Madonna’s daughter Lourdes was crazy about Harry Potter, and Guy Ritchie had been patronizing an obscure science fiction store in London that often gets movie props and memoribilia. Guy stocked up on Potter stuff for Lourdes and he promised the shopowner that if they get something related to Harry Potter that’s really “extrordinary”, he’ll bring in Madonna to buy it in person. We bet he’ll be back again!

SHARON STONE AND CHRISTIAN SLATER: HAPPY TOGETHER

We confess we had our doubts at first, but it seems Sharon Stone, 48, and Christian Slater, 37, really ARE a couple! They were VERY friendly while promoting their movie Bobby, and their playful and affectionate behavior at the American Music Awards left no doubt that SOMETHING was up. The fact is, they’ve been dating for awhile and showed up at the Dolce & Gabbana party at the Chateau Marmont arm in arm. A friend of Sharon’s says “They’re both really happy – but they don’t have long-term expectations. It’s a fun fling for the holidays and Sharon is a good influence. She rarely drinks and has three kids. It’s a good match for now. “
