Not Coming Up Roses
There’s no love lost between Martha Stewart and Barbra Streisand, and it all started in 1997 when Martha became annoyed because she worked on the terrace of Babs’ New York apartment planting rare roses, and never got paid for it. Martha got word through mutual friends that Barbra was interested in her ideas for the nuptials that same year (Josh Brolin), and Martha promptly informed her staff that if Barbra calls take a message, she’s in a meeting!
