We caught Dave Navarro having lunch at Cafe Med on Sunset with cute Kelly Carlson who plays Kimber Henry on Nip/Tuck. An unexpected pairing because Kelly is somewhat the girl-next-door Doris Day type and Dave usually prefers less subtle beauties. We wonder if Dave’s Rockstar TV show will be back. Navarro’s band played with Rockstar Supernova at the Oakland Arena recently and the show got a lukewarm reception with over half the seats empty.

   The Oakland Arena was more like a third full. The Oakland Arena was selling pricey seats at huge discount.. Very humbling for all involved.. Although Toby Rand’s band sounded the best of all…And NO Jason Newsted playing with Rock Star Super Nova…..BTW The show is being sued again….

   Hey Janet – why are you always crapping on Dave? He’s a class act, and deserves better. He is far more respectful to his fans than 99% of the brainless celebs out there – give him some credit!! (as for the empty seats on the RSSN tour, that would be because it was poorly publicized, the band screwed up and chose Lukas Rossi, and not anything to do with Dave’s band!)

    Looks like a fake photographic moment–they aren’t even walking together. It looks like they just went out the door at the same time and have nothing to do with each other. It’s too bad Rock Star Supernova ended up being such a big dud, I enjoyed the show itself. I would like to see it again in the summertime. Good luck to Dave on that.

    I went to one of the Rockstar shows in Long Beach after watching the show everybody including the people I didn’t know next to me as why they didnt pick Toby Rand!!
