Nice to see the “cute” Nicole Richie is back instead of the “cadaverous” Nicole Richie. Here she is in her spring shorts, shopping at Dior in Beverly Hills. We wonder if her boyfriend Joel Madden, the Good Charlotte rocker who claims to be against drugging and drinking, has actually been a good influence on her. Looks that way.

   Her parents must be so proud. Then again, remembering who her parents are, I know they’re proud.

   She is STILL VERY SKINNY. Don’t get me wrong, she is gorgeous, but, nowhere near a healthy weight.

   It must be nice to be able to shop at those stores and have somebody else foot the bill. I’d love to see her have to really work (not that stupid TV show) to earn some money to see how “real” people live. Why should she have an allowance at her age?

    sometimes your accountants can put you on an “allowance” if they think you are spending too much money.
