If it weren’t for The Globe, we wouldn’t know what Scott Peterson is up to on death row at San Quentin! Remember Scott was the guy convicted of killing his eight months pregnant wife Laci. He was always into sex and drugs and he’s still indulging behind bars. He was caught romping naked in the showers having sex with other guys and smoking marijuana. He has one special monstrous guy who protects him. Scott’s half sister talked about his affinity for gay bars in her book Blood Brother. Bisexual Scott also writes sexy letters to a woman he flies in to visit him every three months. She has no idea that he’s another guy’s “bitch” in prison. Scott’s misbehavior earned him forty days of solitary confinement and other inmates called it “a slap on the wrist.”

Scott Peterson is going to win his appeal and according to Greta on Fox news California is going to have to eat it. What I took that to mean is they are going to have to pay a big bill for another prosecution and from what I have seen on a innocent man. There is the possibility that he will be set free without another trial. In the mean time what we have is a innocent man in prison and a killer running free. I would think when Scott is set free he will feel some justice but how can he feel there is any justice as long as the person who took his wife and baby life is running free and I might add from what I have seen she died a painful death and it was not at the hands of Scott.
What kind of problems is the California justice system having as we also see Nicole Brown and her friend’s killer not brought to justice either. Does California have a problem with LE not being trained for there positions? It concerns me because I live in the part of the world where crime is low and we do not need these criminals moving into this part of the world and creating the crime California has and I have many people in California that I love.
In 1996 Judge Harold I. Rothwax wrote the book “Guilty” The Collapse of Criminal Justice. In his book he sees 10 changes that need to be made to make our justice system the best in the world. Ten years have went by and I do not see that any of these laws were changed. Please read this book and ask your legislature to do the same as this man wrote this book after what he saw with the OJ trial

There is to much reasonable doubt that I think Scot Peterson should be on Death row and I believe you will agree with me after reading the following: The pieces that the jury thought they had put together per MS, Nice are nothing like the pieces that many people writing on Frat pack, Scott is Innocent,and Freedom of Speech and I have had the final privilege of putting the last of the puzzle together after spending three years of feeding off one and another thoughts with my co authors.
I will start out with giving you a short view of who Amber Frey is. First of all by her own book she got pregnant by three different men while single ,one of which she aborted and she also had two affairs with married men. it did not make sense that to me after four dates that Scott would kill his wife,actually is was two dates but there was a couple of other encounters that could be called dates so I thought she must of lied about how long she knew Scott and maybe even that Alyianna was Scott. I was very surprised to find out that she had indeed lied about who the Father was but it was not Scott and the man who she tried to get child support from took her to court and it was found out he was not the Father. not only did she lie to her own daughter but to this child Grandma. many of us wondered why he kept talking with Amber after laci went missing and it ws because the day Laci went missing he saw these red boots at his house and he recognized them as Ambers which made him suspicious. In addition the picture that LE took of the open phone book an one cup on the island in the kitchen also has a stuffed animal and I believe it is Alyianna stuffed animal. When I asked my friend who told me about the red boots I did not think it made sense because I thought that mark Geragos would of confronted Amber about them at trial although with her being a nursing mother,he knew he had to be easy on her. The reason is he did not have the red boots. Sharon Rochas and Kim Mc had broke into Scott house twice and the police never did anything to them for breaking and entering and hauling things out so they must of taken the red boots so Scott would not have any defense. I find it very interesting that Amber called the Rochas 63 X by march 14 and talked for a total of six half hours. how any woman would call the relatives and friends of the wife one was having and affair with is beyond me. I have always belived that whoever kidnapped laci got Scott and Amber together so when they did kidnap her they would have a source of information from Scott and what LE was thinking. With Amber going to LE she got a direct source and did not need information from Scott. During the trial Amber had an attorney,why does a witness need an attorney,I do not think one does unless she is involved in something wrong. On page 18 of Amber book she talks about Scott helping set up her office at American Body Works. Why does Gloria,her attorney have to get on TV and lie that when Scott was found he had down loaded the direction to her work place. Scott was a salesman who got around just find to farmers and all over the country and would of remembered the way back to her work place as he sure did not get lost escaping the media that were chasing him. now maybe Gloria did not lie and maybe LE downloaded not knowing Scott had been to her work place before and put in his car to make him look bad as whoever placed those bodies at the bay wanted Scott charged and convicted so they would not look at them. There is also problems with Ron Grantski alibi and if you want to read about it go to Frat pack and read as i am to tired to go into it today. I was after the truth in this case and I think we have found it.

And to the assholes who are calling names at those who believe in and support Peterson–people who have actually done the reading about this case, as opposed to filling their heads with television brainwash–what you say is what you are.
Peterson is a class act. Of all the people involved in this case he has conducted himself admirably. He obeyed and cooperated with police all the way through –despite the fact that police told numerous lies to the media (like the blood and vomit on the mop lie, and the life insurance recently taken out lie, and the lie that he was not a suspect), people believe them because they believe those in authority.
Blind belief in authority gets you nothing but mental slavery. Those of you who yell about Peterson could easily find yourself right where he sits, if your partner gets killed and police decide they’d rather pin it on you than actually investigating. This case is a huge warning to us all.

oh, and PS. I’m not related to the Petersons, don’t know them, and all my information about the case has come from reading books and blog and trial transcripts. I don’t watch TV. I wasn’t interested in the case when it happened because it was nothing more than a circus sideshow distracting people from the war in Iraq.
That being said, I do sometimes buy tabloids for entertainment, but you can’t trust them for truth. Not one bit.
