For some reason you don’t see a lot of photos of Miley Ray Cyrus and her mom Tish - she’s usually photographed with her dad Billy Ray. (At least we THINK this is her mom- can anyone out there positively identify her?) The two had a Valentine’s Day lunch at The Ivy and as soon as they got up to leave, typical teenager Miley started texting like mad.

DAVID HASSELHOFF MAKE AS PIT STOP AT CEDARS- SINAI

David Hasselhoff popped into Cedars- Sinai Medical Center for yet another overnight detox on February 7! According to the Enquirer, David, who is appearing on the new Knight Rider MOW, is in the habit of indulging in excessive drinking binges that land him in the emergency room with alcohol poisoning. He gets treatment and stays overnight. The next day he walks out, feeling better. Sometimes, straight to another bar! He did this hospital routine twice in 48 hours last December. The Hoff refers to these hospital mini-rehab visits as “pit stops.” He also has the most aggressive lawyers in Hollywood so if this item abruptly disappears, you’ll know why!
