That guy in the ridiculous outfit walking on the Santa Monica beach turned out to be “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” star Jason Segal. He’s filming another movie, “I Love You, Man,” and it must be another romantic comedy because an actress was yelling insults at him as he passed her on the sand. Ugg style boots worn with Hawaiian shorts and a wool overcoat aren’t exactly the way to a woman’s heart.

This cute actress has been marketed as the next big thing, thanks to her role on a somewhat popular series, but she’ll have a hard time living up to the hype. What will do her in is not her acting – it’s her secret drug problem. She’s addicted to cocaine (it keeps her thin) and it’s ruining her reputation – she’s late for appointments, moody on the set, and looks worn out. Ironically, she’s often been compared looks-wise to a slightly older beautiful actress with the same problem.

It happened in 2000: One of Whitney Houston’s alltime favorite movies has always been the tearjerker “Love Story.” She’s hoping to update and remake the move starring herself and her husband Bobby Brown as the doomed couple originally played by Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal. Whitney realizes audiences might have a hard time swallowing Bobby as the wealthy and refined young man so she plans to switch the roles and have the female character from the right side of the tracks. She’s already working on a script and hopes to start filming before the end of the year. (As we all know, it didn’t work out….)

I have to say: this guy is so talented–as a writer and actor–that I forgive him any fashion screw ups. Seriously, and I’m a woman 40+ who hates all those goofy guy movies. But Forgetting Sarah Marshall had me in stitches. Yay, Jason! Go, baby, you talented guy.

Perez is an infantile sycophant and bitchy baby who, like so many others, makes his coin from being nasty…for the sake of being nasty. He’s like a high schooler desperate for attention any way he can get it. Sad that he profits by it. Janet’s more interesting because she essentially lets us be the opinion and bases her comments on fact rather than rampant, ego-fuelled speculation.
