HAYLIE DUFF: A $20,000 MAKEOVER?

We’ve spent a lot of time studying this photo of Hilary’s sister Haylie Duff, and we just can’t see the $20,000 worth of plastic surgery that it’s claimed she had. She was photographed here going to the gym after not being seen in public for awhile. It looks like she lightened her hair for distraction. Her nose and chin might be a tad less prominent, but she hasn’t changed all that much. Maybe she’s still swollen.
