Could it be that Meg Ryan has found a new guy? And he’s not a famous actor? Meg, her daughter Daisy, and the new man had lunch in Meg’s west side neighborhood and then they went to a movie together. The three of them held hands as they walked to the movie and Daisy seemed particularly friendly with the mystery man. Whoever he is, they both seem fond of him.

Julia Roberts continues her campaign to have a normal life with her family. She and Danny brought the kids, Hazel, Henry, and Phinnaeus, to the beach in Malibu this weekend for a picnic. The weather wasn’t great, but they all made the best of it.

Michael Jackson turned up at his LA studio to rehearse for his London concerts and he took time to pose with fans and show off his new curly hair. For those who’ve been wondering WHY promoters would invest so much money in Michael’s concerts when it seems so risky, considering his health and past flakiness, the LA Times has the answer. All the money that promoters put up for this series of shows is backed by the value of Neverland and related assets of Michael’s. In other words Michael has put up a LOT of collateral. Jackson stands to take in 50 million dollars for the London shows and promoters hope to extend it to a three year tour starting in Europe, then Asia, and finally the US. So far that’s only in the talking stages.

This is what Robert Pattinson has to look forward to every time he arrives at an airport. The “Twilight” star kept his head down and his hood up when he left this morning but he was spotted instantly and mobbed accordingly. Can anybody deny that he was the hottest guy and the biggest thing at the MTV Movie Awards? He’s also one of the few males alive who can increase magazine circulation when he’s on the cover.
