EMMA THOMPSON IS NOT A TYPICAL ACTRESS

We love Emma Thompson, for quietly and without fanfare, adopting a desperate teenager from Rwanda and giving him a life and a future. The photo above shows proud Emma and her husband Greg Wise at the graduation ceremony at the University of Exeter where her adopted son Tindy got his degree. Tindy (real name Tindyebwa) was an orphan and child soldier who fled Rwanda when he was sixteen. With Emma’s guidance he learned English and has excelled in school. He plans to get a Masters degree in politics.

That’s great and all, but what is that hideous thing she is wearing? Why do so many rich people have such awful taste in fashion?

Wow. So unlike some others whose soul contribution of late is to pull children from their parents for a morsel of publicity.
I’ve always liked Emma, now I can admire her.

She and Greg have done a lovely thing in helping this young man pursue a future he wouldn’t have otherwise had..
But c’mon. How “quiet and without fanfare” could it be if it shows up on a celebrity gossip site?
btw, Reta; Isn’t it obvious? Emma’s wearing a chartreuse tent. It’s the latest thing from Paris…

It’s interesting that the flavor of the year is adopting African kids from Africa, but there doesn’t seem to be any lines for all the needy kids in the USA and UK who are already up for adoption. A real tragedt that shows it’s more for show than for a real good deed.

Emma is lovely. So what the picture showed up here. Emma does not parade her good deed in public like the Jolie-Pitt scam artists or trashy Madonna. Emma has class!

No, that isn’t the latest fashion from Paris. You know nothing. That’s the work of Omar the Tentmaker.

Outside the US that “there are needy people here so she’s an evil slimebag for adopting someone from overseas” comes across as virulently genocidal racism. Yeah, let those inferior subhuman foreigners die.
