LISA MARIE PRESLEY HAS A NEW MUSIC PARTNER – U.K. ROCKABILLY RICHARD HAWLEY

lisapresleyhawley

Rockabilly singer Richard Hawley was performing in London with his band when he announced that he had been writing songs with a “female singer” and brought her onstage. The audience was flabbergasted when Lisa Marie Presley popped onstage and sang a bluesy song called ”Weary.” Sheffield born Hawley, who has been called a “modern day Roy Orbison,” has been collaborating with Lisa in preparation for her music comeback. Lisa gave birth to twin daughters a year ago. Richard has the same penchant for “dressing up” that young Elvis did, and bemoans the proliferation of men in track suits.

She just doesn’t have it, seems too sullen, brats of celebs need to sit the hell down.

She has no business recording or being within a ten mile radius of a recording studio or stage. The woman CAN’T sing, period. Go tend to your babies or do something else, ANYTHING but attempting to sing. You’re not a singer and never will be.

I remember when she sang on the plaza or some such place in NYC. Oh how my ears hurt. She cannot sing, she did not inherit one smidgen of Elvis’ great voice. Does anyone have the balls to tell her that she sucks?

PS: And does any common sense individual anywhere have the balls to advise her to get out of Scientology…..that is if she wants to go to heaven where her pappy is. Elvis would never have fallen for SCI.

I think she CAN sing and have one of her first CDs. I don’t EXPECT her to sound like her dad, she a FEMALE…DUH! You can’t replace one person with another and you shouldn’t expect her to even try. She writes her own stuff, which I admire in her, writing is not easy and not many singers do write their own songs. Elvis didn’t.

I think this new collaboration sounds interesting and I’ll give it a chance. Never heard of the guy, but he sounds interesting and sounds, from the description, like a good fit with her and her voice. She IS bluesey in her tone, and I think this pairing sounds like fun.

Elvis’s facial features and voice made him famous, the best of the best. Elvis’s facial features in Lisa Marie – not so good. Those who think Lisa has any kind of good voice should get their hearing checked.

People here are so hateful! First Music is like food a matter of choice. I like the voice & music of Lisa Marie Presley. If you don’t that doesn’t mean she is not good because there are people who does like her alot! For those saying she is ugly, I would like to see what you look like!

I why people always talk about her & Mom about SCI??? Do they have the right to believe in what they want? ANSWER yes! At least they don’t walk in the street showing theirs SCI with a type of hat on their head or a turbans!!! I prefer this!!! See a matter of choices!!!

So haters here….formulate your opinions in a nicer ways, the world will just be nicer!

Hope for a better world, start by each of us!

To the poster above: you obviously work for Miss Lisa Marie. And you could use some grammar lessons.

Also using the term ‘hater’ is passe. This is an adult gossip forum and we are simply stating our opinion but children such as you bleet ’stop hating’.

Nice try. Lisa, hire someone else to hype you.

This cute actress has been marketed as the next big thing, thanks to her role on a somewhat popular series, but she’ll have a hard time living up to the hype. What will do her in is not her acting – it’s her secret drug problem. She’s addicted to cocaine (it keeps her thin) and it’s ruining her reputation – she’s late for appointments, moody on the set, and looks worn out. Ironically, she’s often been compared looks-wise to a slightly older beautiful actress with the same problem.

    Whodunit?? Guess who.

  • It happened in 2000: One of Whitney Houston’s alltime favorite movies has always been the tearjerker “Love Story.” She’s hoping to update and remake the move starring herself and her husband Bobby Brown as the doomed couple originally played by Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal. Whitney realizes audiences might have a hard time swallowing Bobby as the wealthy and refined young man so she plans to switch the roles and have the female character from the right side of the tracks. She’s already working on a script and hopes to start filming before the end of the year. (As we all know, it didn’t work out….)

So, what do you think of that?! DO TELL!
