For reasons unknown, L.A. Laker Sasha Vujacic and his tennis playing girlfriend Maria Sharapova have been keeping their romance as quiet as possible. But you can always find Maria sitting with Sasha’s family at the Laker games. Last year Sasha dated Melrose Place’s Katie Cassidy and he wasn’t playing as well – insiders thought Katie was too much of a “party girl” for him. If you get my drift.

It happened in 2000: One of Whitney Houston’s alltime favorite movies has always been the tearjerker “Love Story.” She’s hoping to update and remake the move starring herself and her husband Bobby Brown as the doomed couple originally played by Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal. Whitney realizes audiences might have a hard time swallowing Bobby as the wealthy and refined young man so she plans to switch the roles and have the female character from the right side of the tracks. She’s already working on a script and hopes to start filming before the end of the year. (As we all know, it didn’t work out….)
