Katy Perry and Russell Brand ALMOST went unrecognized in Silverlake, Cal, because almost everyone resembles them in this neighborhood of hipsters. They had brunch at Dusty’s Bistro on Sunset, and they each brought their own reading matter. It appears that Katy is carrying a fashion magazine and Russell has a script and a notebook.

This cute actress has been marketed as the next big thing, thanks to her role on a somewhat popular series, but she’ll have a hard time living up to the hype. What will do her in is not her acting – it’s her secret drug problem. She’s addicted to cocaine (it keeps her thin) and it’s ruining her reputation – she’s late for appointments, moody on the set, and looks worn out. Ironically, she’s often been compared looks-wise to a slightly older beautiful actress with the same problem.

It happened in 2000: One of Whitney Houston’s alltime favorite movies has always been the tearjerker “Love Story.” She’s hoping to update and remake the move starring herself and her husband Bobby Brown as the doomed couple originally played by Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal. Whitney realizes audiences might have a hard time swallowing Bobby as the wealthy and refined young man so she plans to switch the roles and have the female character from the right side of the tracks. She’s already working on a script and hopes to start filming before the end of the year. (As we all know, it didn’t work out….)

He is just SO unattractive and unfunny. I can’t for the life of me understand what she could possibly see in him enough to fall in love. Look at those horrible skinny bow legs of his! He looks anorexic too! And there’s that horrible scruff on his face. NOT attractive, and with that stringy, greasy looking strangly hair! EEEWWWW he just makes my stomach turn!

Look how out of step they are with each other, compared to the picture of Brad and Angelina above who are in perfect step together.
I don’t see what Katy sees in this guy (rebellion from overly protective parents perhaps), but this relationship is not going to last. He is going to get domineering (and it’s never a good idea to marry bipolar-call be biased) and she is going to grow up and get tired as hell of it. She is going to waste maybe 7 of her best years on him. Such a shame.
