Lady Gaga is still in Los Angeles- she put on her Dita Von Teese wig and washed her face and left her hotel, the Chateau Marmont, to come outside and greet her fans. She brought an armload of flowers to hand out to her beloved “little monsters.”

How’s THIS for a limo driver? Robert Pattinson is playing Julianne Moore’s driver named Jerome in his new movie “Map to the Stars” filming in Los Angeles. In this scene he’s waiting while she shops in the Valentino store. His Twilight hair is long gone, just like his girlfriend Kristen Stewart. (For now, anyway) Rob stars as an aspiring actor working as driver to an eccentric Beverly Hills family in this satirical story directed by David Cronenberg and written by the clever Bruce Wagner.

We can’t help but laugh at this fuss over so called “new evidence” that Princess Diana was murdered. Alan Power is some guy in England who wrote the book “The Princess Diana Conspiracy” and it’s started the press discussing her 1997 fatal accident all over again. Diana’s boyfriend who died with her was Dodi Fayed and his father Mohammed al Fayed has been desperate to prove that his son had nothing to do with Diana’s death. Dodi, of course, employed the driver who was extremely drunk and driving at twice the speed limit when the accident happened. The new book author claims a British soldier was hired to cause the crash by shining a spotlight in the eyes of Dodi’s driver from the car in front of them, causing the driver to lose control. Silly. Somehow we think Mohammed Fayed is behind this book and maybe paid the writer to try and clear his son’s name. John Turturro might be the LAST person we’d picture as a gigolo but he certainly imagines HIMSELF as a plausible ladies man in “Fading Gigolo” John wrote and directed and stars in the movie. He assembled an impressive cast for his comedy. Woody Allen costars as Turturro’s cash-strapped friend who becomes his pimp. Sofia Vergara, Sharon Stone, Vanessa Paradis, and Liev Schreiber add to the fun. It debuts in September at the Toronto Film Festival. John and Woody look like they’re on the same wavelength. We’re looking forward to this one.
