The Leftovers star Liv Tyler has found herself a new boyfriend and insiders say the romance looks very promising. For the past month Liv as been quietly seeing British football agent Dave Gardner, who happens to be David Beckham’s best friend. This is the first time Liv and Dave been photographed together. In the past, Dave was quite a ladies man and dated a number of famous women. He and Liv have something in common – both are divorced and each has a child. Liv has another reason to be happy – her Leftovers series has been renewed for another year…

Stephen Belafonte was acting very interested in his phone, but according to an eyewitness he was actually WITH this woman as they arrived at Chateau Marmont. A relative? A friend of Mel’s? Or something else? Mel B, a judge on America’s Got Talent, IS open minded about a lot of things. She and her husband Stephen would often invite friendly, attractive women (but not men) to come home with them during nights out on the town – presumably for some fun and games!

We were born nosey and love taking a peek inside celebrity homes. Usually that only happens when they‘re for sale, but that’s okay. Heidi Klum just sold a mansion worth perusing. Back in 2010 when she was married to Seal, Heidi paid 14.2 million for an Italian style 12,300 sq ft house in Brentwood with amazing views of the ocean and city. Architecturally the gated estate is not significant, but Heidi took charge and remodeled it and made it extremely luxurious and comfortable. The 8.5 acres of grounds feature rose gardens, lawns, a koi pond, an infinity pool and spa and hiking trails. When the property was put up for sale, her realtor was flooded with inquiries from everywhere – especially Germany. The unidentified buyer paid 24 million in cash and closed in 29 days –it pays to be Heidi Klum.
