KEVIN COSTNER’S BLACK AND WHITE IS TIMELY AND INTELLIGENT

When we heard that Kevin Costner had a new movie called “Black and White” we figured it was about soccer or some other ball game because he loves sports. Happily, this movie surprised us in many ways. Kevin does a great job of playing a grandfather to a mixed race little girl, Eloise, portrayed by the adorable discovery, Jillian Estell. The black side of her family tries to get custody of the motherless child and the result is a realistic and down to earth study of black and white relationships and observations. GENETICALLY GIFTED ZOE KRAVITZ SINGS WITH A BAND

Zoe Kravitz, 26, just gets better looking every year. It makes sense- she’s the daughter of two of the prettiest people in show business: actress Lisa Bonet and musician/actor Lenny Kravitz. Last night Zoe performed at Art Basel in Miami with her New York band Lolawolf. Besides Insurgent, you will see her next year in “Mad Max: Fury Road.” Right now she’s living it up and single.

Bret Michaels Hair!

BRET MICHAELS: THE STRUGGLE TO MAINTAIN THE GLAM

Bret Michaels’ name came up today when a woman who had appeared on a reality show with him talked about her experience. We asked about that scarf on his head that he never takes off and she said no one on the Rock of Love show EVER saw him without it. Everybody assumed that he is self-conscious about his fake hair and wants to make sure it isn’t pulled off. He even wears that scarf UNDER hats! She also said Bret, 51, puffed up his lips with injections before the show taped and wore shiny lip gloss. “Kissing him was like kissing a girl” she said. We’re thinking that Bret’s vanities – along with that fake tan- are due to the fact that his band Poison was originally a “glam metal” band and he feels the need to remain glamorous.
