Jessica Chastain is in Paris and that means her adorable three-legged rescue dog Chaplain is there too. She doesn’t go anywhere without him. Jessica adopted Chaplain after he was hit by a car and she says he has no trouble hopping around. Jessica is starring in “A Most Violent Year” and she says that Chaplain is “The love of my life!” Presumably that means she doesn’t have a boyfriend right now because if she does, he might be irked.

Maybe for the first time, we agree 100% with Sean Penn. He has no regrets about the Green Card joke he made at the Oscars and doesn’t care what people think. At the Oscars, when Sean opened the Best Picture envelope he wise cracked “Who gave this son of a bitch his green card?” referring to the winner – his longtime Mexican born friend Alejandro Inarritu. Alejandro thought it was hilarious but SOME people thought the joke was in bad taste. In California, people DO joke about green cards a lot, but not necessarily in a bad way. Alejandro was not insulted and implied he pokes fun of Sean too. Later Sean said he had no patience with anyone too stupid or xenophobic to see the irony in his comment, and we have to agree.

George Clooney held on tight to his beautiful wife Amal so she wouldn’t slip on the icy sidewalk in her high heels on their way into a New York restaurant. We don’t believe any of those stories about the Clooney marriage being on the rocks. It’s all tabloid speculation. If they don’t have any real news about the Clooneys, the magazines have to make something up. Amal just made plans to lecture at Columbia University while George is filming in movie in New York.

SOME people just don’t know when it’s time to ditch those frazzled hair extensions or at the very least, try and pull a comb through them. Courtney Love partied at The Nice Guy in LA but she forgot to check her hair in the mirror. She could lose those reading glasses in that tangled mess and not find them for a week.
