IS JARED LETO THE WORST DRESSED MAN IN THE WORLD?

30 Seconds to Mars singer Jared Leto wears skirts as often as he wears pants – sometimes both at once. He’s been called a maximalist (the opposite of a minimalist) because he creatively layers in unexpected combinations – often reminiscent of the better dressed homeless. GQ magazine has laughingly labeled him The Worst Dressed Man in the World but we are amused by his combination of designer Gucci and thrift store attire. (Gucci is also amused – they sponsor his tours.) We like the mixed plaid, but we can live without that Jesus hair and beard.

SARAH PAULSON AND HOLLAND TAYLOR: WE SHOULD ALL BE SO LUCKY!

Probably the most admired same sex couple in Hollywood, Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor, are the first to admit their relationship is “unconventional.” After all, there IS a 32 year age difference between them. Three years ago when they started seeing each other, they were warned that it might damage their careers, but when Sarah was awarded her Emmy for her role as Marcia Clark in The People v. OJ Simpson, she couldn’t resist saying “I love you” to Holland in her speech. Since then, they both admit they’re lucky to have found each other and they simply love each other. They’re often seen happily strolling around New York together.

AMY SCHUMER IS DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT GUN CONTROL

You know Amy Schumer means business when she’s wearing an army green jumpsuit and marching with the Students for Gun Control in downtown LA. Last month, when Amy surprised everyone by suddenly getting married, she instructed friends and fans, “No wedding gifts – donate to a gun control safety group!” Through the years, Amy has often mocked gun owners in skits and her standup act. Her motto for the student march for gun control today was “Hey, hey NRA, how many kids did you kill today?”

Andie MacDowell loves her little rescue dog and takes him everywhere – but she also carries a bag to pop him into if necessary. Recently, at the age of 59, Andie did her first nude scene in her upcoming movie, Love After Love. She says she didn’t take her clothes off when she was younger for film roles, because she didn’t want to embarrass her children. Her 3 kids are now grown up and her two daughters have acting careers of their own – so why not?

BELLA THORNE CLEANS UP NICELY

Wow – you rarely see Bella Thorne so dressed up and looking sophisticated – she and Patrick Schwarzenegger are in New York promoting their new romantic movie Midnight Sun. Bella is this year’s Hollywood wild child- she usually wears very skimpy clothes with lots of fishnet stockings. You often see photos of her smoking in an alley with her 31 year old rapper boyfriend called Mod Sun, or leaving a Hollywood party looking rather thrashed. But hey, dressing wild and having fun are what 20 year olds are supposed to do! And she IS working… Bella bought out a movie theater in LA and invited her fans to see her film for free!

VANNA WHITE FEEDS THE METER

Vanna White is likely worth around 40 million dollars but she still worries about getting parking tickets in Beverly Hills. Vanna has an incredibly steady job – she’s been co-hosting Wheel of Fortune since 1982. In the 80’s she was a tabloid favorite and tried acting in an NBC movie called Goddess of Love, but it was a huge embarrassment so she stuck to her game show and it paid off handsomely. At 61, she still looks girlish and adorable. Last we heard, she was dating building developer John Donaldson.

Antonio Banderas Picasso

PRETTY BOY ANTONIO BANDERAS SHAVED IT ALL OFF

Of course, Antonio Banderas’ makeunder was for a good reason – he’s starring as Pablo Picasso in National Geographic’s new Genius series and Pablo was no beauty. Antonio and Picasso were both born in the same town in Spain, and Antonio remembers often walking past Picasso’s house. Banderas plays the rather unattractive womanizing painter from the age of forty until his death. (Picasso’s habitual pick-up line was “I want to paint you!”) Antonio’s role as Picasso starts with an unfortunate comb-over in middle age, leading to total removal of his hair and eyebrows. If Picasso were alive he’d be quite flattered by the casting.

Cynthia Nixon Sex & The City

MIRANDA HOBBES FOR GOVERNOR!

Cynthia Nixon IS a candidate of the people- she can be seen riding the subway in Manhattan almost every day. When she announced herself as a candidate for Governor of New York, she nearly arrived late thanks to “Governor Cuomo’s MTA.” What a great storyline this campaign could have been for the girls in Sex & the City 3! Cynthia’s character Miranda was the brainy workaholic with a law degree, so it makes sense. The drama of Miranda running for office would almost make up for the absence of Samantha (who would have been in charge of her publicity, of course!)

Jeremy Piven Sexual Misconduct

JEREMY PIVEN NEEDS A NEW ENTOURAGE

Entourage star Jeremy Piven is looking pensive at Alfred’s coffee shop. Two more women have come forward with stories about his sexual misconduct in the past. Last fall when six women accused Piven of aggressive sexual behavior, he was SO outraged in his denials that he took a polygraph test to clear himself and prove that the women were all lying. It didn’t help – his CBS series Wisdom of the Crowd was not renewed for a second season. To be fair, it got bad reviews, but wasn’t doing too badly ratings-wise. (We DID love Mr Selfridge, however.) Right now Piven’s work schedule is empty. He’s a good actor, but maybe his own worst enemy.
