We were as surprised as you are to hear about the “toxicity” on the set of the Ellen Degeneres show. But we were even MORE surprised to note that TMZ has never written a negative word about the Ellen or her show, despite the fact that they MUST have seen this coming! BuzzFeed totally eclipsed TMZ with this scoop and we can tell you why. TMZ and Ellen are both Warner Bros shows, so apparently TMZ was “discouraged” from writing negative info about Ellen. It’s the same kind of intimidation that makes employees afraid to report their bosses, and women afraid to accuse powerful men of crimes. Insiders say powerful Ellen is NOT the nice person she appears to be on TV. We applaud Brad Garrett for being the ONLY celebrity courageous enough to speak the truth about Ellen – of course he’s now blackballed from her show!

Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood claims to come from a family of Gypsies – maybe that’s where he got that magical hair. The 73 year old musician seems to be aging normally, but he still has the hair of a much younger man. (Actually all of the Rolling Stones still possess a lot of hair- something in the drugs?) ) Wood KNOWS how lucky he is to have thick dark hair (he doesn’t even DYE it!) Ronnie was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2017 (after 50 years of smoking) and he refused chemotherapy because he didn’t want to lose his hair. He opted for surgery and it was successful. Lucky guy in more ways than one…

Today was the last day in the Johnny Depp vs The Sun newspaper lawsuit in London, and everyone involved has a lot to lose. If The Sun wins and does not have to retract calling Johnny a wife-beater, his reputation has still been considerably worsened by details revealed during the trial. If he loses, his ex Amber Heard will seem like a brave crusader to the #MeToo crowd. If Amber’s claims are NOT believed and The Sun loses, the paper could be in great financial jeopardy due to the newspaper crisis made worse by coronavirus. And Amber might be ostracized by #MeToo for trumping up false charges. There is no date yet set for the provocative verdict to be read.

Nothing makes us happier than to see Ashley Judd get some legal justice where Harvey Weinstein is concerned. She was one of his earliest and bravest victims and filed a lawsuit against him two years ago which was dismissed. Judd charged that Weinstein was angry with her for not being sexually cooperative and badmouthed her to damage her career. We LOVE that director Peter Jackson came forward and said that he wanted to cast Ashley in The Lord of the Rings in 1998, but Weinstein told him she was “a nightmare to work with and should be avoided at all costs.” (Words like that get around. Who knows how many other people he said that to!) He aimed to destroy her career at the peak of her earning years. Weinstein is currently serving 29 years for rape and other sex crimes – let’s add a few more…

Certain people were thrilled to hear that both Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were nominated for Emmys this year. It WAS a surpise when Brad was nominated for his guest appearance on SNL playing Dr Anthony Fauci. (It also fulfilled Fauci’s wish that Brad would play him) Brad is in a tough category – Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series. Among his competitors are Adam Driver and Eddie Murphy – both for SNL also. Jennifer Aniston got her first dramatic Emmy nomination for The Morning Show so she must be delighted. Keep in mind, Brad and Jen still have those die-hard fans hoping they will get back together. They won’t, although Brad and Jen ARE friends now- they still create excitement whenever they are in the same room …

Stevie Wonder happens to have a cute 18 year old son who’s already moving up in the fashion world. Kailand Morris, pictured here getting ice cream with two female friends, had an internship at Dior when he was only 17. His mother (Stevie Wonder’s ex-wife) Kai Morris is a fashion designer and she often brought her little boy to visit backstage during big fashion shows. He grew up fascinated and obsessed with fashion. Kailand is still studying, but he’s already working on his own fashion collection. He’s often seen with Maddie Ziegler, 17, the dancer from Sia’s videos, who is next appearing in West Side Story.
