andersoncutoper-ment%23397B89.jpgAnderson Cooper flew his usual route from NYC to LA to work at CNN and the flight was crowded but he managed to get a first class seat. During the flight he happened to notice attendants talking to a very pregnant woman in coach who was obviously uncomfortable in the tight quarters. There were no empty seats to move her to so the chivalrous journalist offered to switch seats with her even though she was in coach. The woman was grateful and flabbergasted. Cooper proceeded to chat politely with his seatmates and he was friendly with the children. He even played with a toddler in the aisle for a few minutes before the flight attendant advised him to take his seat. A few passengers good-naturedly booed her.

Yes he is hot and I am female and yes he is hot so says my male gay friend. He is journalist so why would it matter if he changed seats? He is a gentleman as well…Good for him. Who cares if he is gay? I respect him so much as a true journalist not like that vapid Katie Couric…

Regardless of his sexual preferences…he at least is aware of the better side of mankind…paying it forward…BTW do you think the baby will end up with Anderson in it’s name anywhere? Then CNN can provide updates on AC 360!

    Anderson – YOU ROCK!!!

I think this is a lie like the shower story.
“very pregnant” women are discouraged from flying by doctors and I’m not sure the airline wants a lawsuit over the premature disfigured birth due to the pressurized cabin.
How can you see coach from first class with the curtain closed? First class people don’t want to see the dregs sitting in the back of the plane.
Go to the CNN 360blog he said he slept on that flight and really how much sleep can you get in coach?
Nice try by CNN PR to clean up his image tho, does he have a book coming out soon?

Anderson’s image doesn’t NEED cleaning up by CNN or anyone else. He’s class all the way.

I don’t care if he is straight, gay, or bi…This guy is a nice man, and very sexy too!

Two things: sometimes, you simply have to fly when very pregnant. I had to for my father’s funeral. I have the means for first class, so I was comfy. Second, the US Airways flight I was on didn’t have what I call the “Jackass Curtain” and I could easily see back to coach when I wanted to see if the mid-cabin lav was open. Had to pee alot, ya know?
A colleague of mine knows Anderson and says that if this is true, it would not be even a bit of a surprise. And not a surprise at all that he didn’t mention this in his blog. He wouldn’t brag about a basic act of kindess.

Well we now know this is a lie Anderson debunked it on Conan the other night. Get a life Janet and quit posting things that aren’t true.

  • Blind Item: America’s Sweetheart Battling A Drug Addiction?

One of America’s Sweethearts is battling a serious drug addiction- not hers, but her best friend’s. Through the years these two have been stuck to one another like white on rice and her fame rubbed off on her pal. They’ve been roomies, have worked together on set, and even launched a business venture together. But all that success has come with a price. After years of being sober, the less famous friend has fallen HARD off the wagon and our gal doesn’t know what to do. She’s hosted an intervention, hired an addiction specialist, and even threatened to end the friendship, but nothing seems to work. What’s a girl to do?
