It looks like Dannielynn Birkhead, 4, is growing up to be more and more like the mother she never knew, Anna Nicole Smith. Why a four year old is at the Kentucky Derby is a mystery to us, but Dannielynn was photographed with her devoted father Larry Birkhead, and she seems to be really enjoying the camera and flashing a flirty smile like her beautiful mom.

I sure hope not, for her sake!! Although I liked Ann Nicole, there was only one way her lifestyle could play out…and we all know how that ended. I think Birkheads fatherly influence will ensure that she does not end up like her Mother.

A good father is the difference between a Lady and a Tramp.

Wow. You can really see the resemblance. She’s going to be a beauty.

But poor Larry with that unforgiving profile shot; never realized before that his cookie-cutter nose job left him with so little to work with!

He practically qualifies as a Jackson 🙂

The reason she is at the Kentucky Derby Janet is so he gets his picture taken. Who would care unless he had the kid with him?

There would be plenty of lonely ladies who would gladly marry him, but methinks he doesn’t like the ladies.

I believe they were there last year too. Isn’t Larry a bit of a queen anyway? I don’t think he passes up an opportunity to push himself and his little daughter in the spot light.

Yes Anna, Larry and Anna Nicole met at the Kentucky Derby. Larry was born and raised in Kentucky and makes his home there now, where his extended family also lives.

By the way Patrick, I noticed that George Clooney joined the club on Friday—the day before my best friend celebrated hers.

The US prez in August (allegedly, ha ha), Meg Ryan in November, and too many others to name…

1961 was a helluva year, no?

!961. Turn it upside down, it’s the same. An interesting time to be born for sure. It sure was fun being a teen in the seventies, I’ve always felt that my generation had the best of music, film and historical events to absorb at just the right age for us to be inspired by and appreciate more.
With enormous gratitude and respect to all of our ancestors who fought in World War 2, to grease the wheels for us.
Thank you for your interest, Monah.
I’ve heard it said, fifty, Is the new fifty…lol.

Very well put. And uncanny, too. I was actually going to mention the upside down numerals thing about 1961—which I think I read somewhere is the only year (or one of few) that that has happened in history.

And 🙂 at “fifty is the new fifty”…

It wasn’t too long ago that I was reading an article about some illustrious persons who were hitting the big 5-0 that year (Hillary Clinton and Goldie Hawn were among them); “Jeebus, poor things—so OLD,” I thought.

Well, I came to eat those words this past Jan.

But hey, as they say, beats the alternative, right?

    Happy belated Birthday, Monah!
It used to be the years flew by.
Now it seems the decades are moving at warp speed.
Remember when going downtown on a weekend night was safe and fun?
Now it’s just irritating and dangerous. And that ain’t because of my age. Times have changed. I feel sorry for the younger people, they have it way harder than we did.

What does Larry Dickhead do for a living? Or does he mooch off Marshall’s estate? Loser. Creep. Phony. Pimp.

one reason the two were at the derby… birkhead is from kentucky w/ a lot of family from there. i believe he and his daughter live there part-time. re: he and dannielynn in the spotlight, are the two of them really photographed that often? i mean, i sure don’t see photos of them all of the time in the tabloids! i think he’s doing a great job — much better than anna nicole could ever have done, or that liar howard k. stern…

Birkhead has been a professional photographer, which is how he met Anna, taking her picture at the Derby years ago. He says they had a year and a half relationship which was spoiled by her drug abuse. He also claimed the baby was planned and that was why he was so upset by her not getting off the drugs and why he hated Stern so much for enabling her.

I don’t think there are many on earth more slimy and useless than the putrid Howard K Stern. I think he should be charged with both the death of Anna AND her son Daniel.

So while Larry and Dannielyn were in Kentucky having their pitchur took, what was happening to the house Dannielyn’s mother left to her back in LA?

Because doesn’t that new court ruling mean that the house is now subject to “occupation”—you know, just like Palestine—by its new “Owner?”

Certainly hope there were no unpleasant surprises awaiting Larry and Dannielyn upon their return.

Like finding all their belongs on the curb. 🙁

At the very least, a certain little someone’s piggy bank was probably a lot lighter than it was when she left it.
