SOMEBODY’S not as hot as they used to be. Despite relentless publicity, Oprah Winfrey’s interview with Lindsay Lohan was NOT a hit with viewers! According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 1 hour premier on OWN drew 892,000 viewers. In comparison, Oprah’s interview with Whitney Houston’s family in 2012 had 3.5 million viewers and her Lance Armstrong interview pulled in 3.2 million viewers. Lohan admitted lying about her cocaine use but avoided the subject of her real obsession, Adderall. Oprah might be having second thoughts about signing Lohan to an eight episode docuseries on OWN that will follow her acting career.

I stopped caring about her years ago. She had acting and singing talent and chose to squander both. She looks older than she should and there are too many other talented young women out there doing good. I have been flabbergasted continually about the money she receives from working and non-working appearances. I only wish that poverty is in her future somewhere down the road and then she will truly know what she has lost. Right now with attention and money, she still thinks she has value.
The low ratings surprise me because usually there is a huge (even if negative) response when she is mentioned in news items (which is why media keeps writing about her–duh). But from the first I thought Oprah was showing her desperation in booking such a low-life. Didn’t watch the first show and don’t plan to watch the next seven.
Ms. Lohan, has a tough task ahead of her, if she is to even have the slightest chance of getting close to where she was in her hay day. She can do it, but it ain’t gonna be easy. Hollywood execs are going to make her kiss their asses up one side and down the other, before she gets any gratuities from them. Then again, maybe she is just too old to regain her status. Only time, and Lindsay busting her ass will tell.

I have zero interest in this loser, she’s had far more chances than anybody else would get. I also cannot stand Oprah, the big blowhard. We all knew she wouldn’t ask the right questions and that Lindsay would lie about most of her answers.
