Ashley Olsen wants to resume her acting career and she’s set her sights on the Amanda Knox story. Ashley was mesmerized as Amanda’s arrest and imprisonment for murder, and retrial unfolded on the news and she’s trying to buy the rights to her story for herself. Her TV movie will be different from the Lifetime version starring Hayden Panettiere – it will be told from Amanda’s personal perspective as a young girl in trouble – not from a legal point of view.

Both of the twins are really teeny tiny. They look much younger than their age. They look like they are in middle school.
Their voices are low and soft too (reminds me of how the male & female Jacksons whisper-talk ).
Maybe she should just do “The Hayden Panettiere Story” and call it a day. She’s too short to play anyone else credibly.
Her time as half of a troll-doll-lookalike duo has long passed.
But yes, her resemblance to Amanda Knox is UNCANNY: why, each has blonde hair—parted in the middle, and both are carbon-based lifeforms! 😉

IMHO the twins were adorable on Full House from the age of about 6 months to 5 years. After that, granted they are multi-multi-millionaires, but they always look frumpy and miserable. They change boyfriends quite often and can flat out hold their liquor.
And apparently Mary-Kate’s big bucks bought her out of her involvement in the death of Heath Ledger.
When my daughter was young she had all those Olsen twins movies. I wouldn’t call what they did “acting”.
