AT LEAST CASEY JOHNSON DIDN’T DIE IN SQUALOR

The deluge of information about Casey Johnson’s tragic death left some pertinent questions unanswered: If she was too poor to pay her utility bills, how could a MAID have discovered her body? If she had no water or lights, how could she get dressed up and go out to clubs at night? Her living conditions were described as filthy and neglected “like Grey Gardens“ but the house pictured above where her body was discovered is immaculate. If she couldn’t pay utility bills, how could she pay her rent? We investigated and were enlightened by a friendly neighbor. He clarified the following: Casey often stayed at the GUEST HOUSE of the multimillion dollar West Hollywood house pictured above. The owner was a friend of her parents. Probably she went there to escape a ramshackle abode elsewhere. Especially if bill collectors were after her. The maid belonged to the expensive main house’s owner and the property and pool are kept in pristine condition. At least Casey didn’t die under horrible conditions. Right now there’s a security guard sitting in a car in front of this house.

  1. Great work, Janet. You’re on fire with this and the last several scoops.

  2. She was messed up in the head. Anyone who would get together with that skank Tila Tequila has to be. Hell, her own parents cut her off. That’s enough for me to realize she was spiraling down to hell.

  3. rude! if anybody died in my guest house, I would never let them stay there again!

  4. She didn’t leave behind any loved ones..

Her lesbian lover was pictured laughing and hamming it up in front of paparazzi the day after her death and her family is headed to Cincinnati today for the New York Jets in their playoff game. But they are going to wear blue bracelets in her memory..

    How touching.

  5. Someone needs to put that skank Tila out of her “misery”. She’s the most nauseating freak I’ve ever seen and needs to dissappear permanently!

  6. TT was planning a new reality show using her engagement (!!) as the basis, now some are saying she is involved with Joe Francis as far as the reality show was concerned. I think all her antics with paps in front of her house after CJ’s death was disgusting and even low by Joe Francis’ standards. I’m waiting on his answer to these claims now that so many blogs are publishing them.

  7. ……..tragic death?
THERE WERE NEVER MORE PARTIES IN WEST HOLLYWOOD, folks!!

  8. It’s the one-year anniversary. Already!

To add to what you wrote, Casey’s rented home was at 12036 Summit Circle, just off Mulholland Drive. She died not there, but at a guest house behind the residence of a friend of her parents. It was located at 910 North Orlando Avenue. The Orlando Avenue home and the Summit Circle properties are more than 6 miles apart.

Casey had not been staying at the rented house for probably two months or more, living intead with friends – most recently with Tila Tequila. She left there in late December of 2009 after a fight with Tila. She had been at the guest house for several days.

And no, Casey obviously did not have a maid at her home. No water, no electricity either.

The woman’s voice on the 911 call is apparently the owner of the Orlando Avenue residence. It is possible that it was her maid who found the body. A neighbor, Richard Kramer, told reports that Casey occasionally spent a few days at the Hollywood residence when she needed to “get away” for a while. But she didn’t live there.

As to the Summit Circle rental home, a lawsuit (creditor’s claim) was filed on July 7th last year by the homeowner-landlord Jose Nazar. Nazar is seeking $234,228 in damages from Casey’s estate for unpaid rent, damages to the home and grounds, and an allegedly unpaid personal loan.

That raises the question of whether her parents have an obligation to pay debts accumulated by an adult daughter. Unless they co-signed the lease, I can’t see that happening. And if the family was legally involved in the rental, I don’t think there would have been a coplaint filed as they’d have paid up without it.

This case was so badly reported by the media that virtually all the personal details about Casey’s death were mere assumptions.
