Sam Worthington was sexy and gorgeous onscreen in “Avatar,” but in real life he seems to disappear into the woodwork. In person, and even in photos, the Australian actor looks more like a very average person than a movie star. We’re not certain we’d recognize him if he was walking down the street. But Sam DOES have his admirers- Avatar fans mobbed him at LAX. We wonder if he’ll ever have the paparazzi frenzy that Leonardo DiCaprio had after “Titanic.”

Most current movie stars and celebrities look like “average” people – it is the makeup artists, Photoshop wizards, PR spin, and the gullible public that make them out to be Beautiful.
If he keeps hanging with the woman behind him he will certainly look like the average Iowan just in from milking the cows.

He will never be as big and famous as DiCapaprio was.Sam is just too average looking to be superstar.
