Ben Affleck is going the extra mile to be a good dad by taking his kids to church on Sunday. He considers himself a “lapsed Protestant” and not very religious, but his estranged wife Jennifer Garner is a believer and wants their kids to have religious education. Jennifer usually takes the kids to church every Sunday, but this week she’s in Colorado for the premier of her new movie Wakefield. Ben’s level of cooperation implies that he and Jennifer ARE gradually getting back together.

I bet the whole church thing is part of what drove the breakup.
I think Ben likes jgarn, but he doesn’t desire her. No romantic relationship can survive that, on either side.

Just because they are successfully joint parenting, it doesn’t mean they are back together.
I like seeing them together. They have a beautiful family. He has some big issues (women/gambling)but he does seem to love Jennifer and their children. Maybe they can be there for each other and the kids whether they are married or not.
