Brigitte Bardot turned 75 and told London’s Daily Mail that what she REALLY wants for her birthday is for Sophia Loren, also 75, to stop wearing fur. The two actresses were both sexy icons in the swinging sixties. Bardot retired at 39 in 1973 and became a reclusive animal activist, while Loren continued to act and raised a family. In the 90’s Bardot publicly scolded Sophia for posing for fur ads but never got a response.

Loren has held up much better for her age than Bardot, but I agree with Bardot, Loren should NOT be wearing dead animals, the fur belongs on its original owner only. Yes, it IS pretty and soft, but it is barbaric to kill innocents simply for their fur.
When Bardot was young, she was absolutely gorgeous, no one came close to being that beautiful.
PS: But Sophia has aged well, which she attributes to: lots of pasta, lots of sleep, and lots of men. Ciao

Sophia is happily married with Sons she loves and raised properly.. BB was a sleep around, lazy, child abandoning.. drunken, pill popping, suicidal deviant wreak and still is.. If any animal dies does it fur go to another animal for safekeeping?

the two actresses are beautiful ladies inside out with a big heart and much courage in their life! every one is very special in her own way! sophia is my favorite because i saw her in the greatest movies ever made: the fall of the roman empire, el cid and of course – mamma lucia, my all time favorite where i shed soooo many tears – just a great great actress! brigitte is my favorite because she is the greatest animal protecting celebrity in the world and all the other green celebrities learned from her! she is a role model for everybody and her being furfree and a vegetarian makes me love her even more, but also sophia is an animal lover! i got her biography where she mentions that a real man does not kill animals! so if she is still wearing fur it is perhaps an antiquate tradition because thirty years ago noboby cared about if an actress was sporting fur or not! this is just in modern times because we are educated and know the cruelty behind it! anyhow i know that wearing fur is a privilege of merely rich and elderly women but the wrinkles are always there and young and old men prefer to look behind seventeen year old girlies because a young juicy body is thousand times more attractive and sexy than one wrapped in fur! me i’m an elderly single furfree woman and i don’t care neither about fur nor aout men but i care about that no animal has to die for me and this i learned from brigitte bardot! but anyhow the two ladies are great personalities and should not be considered according to their outside or age but according to their glorious life and the gift they made to the whole world with their great genious and spirit!!!
Fuck all of you, you dont have a clue what will happen to these animals who will be used for fur, you wanna know the real truth look for the word fur and you will know they will be beaten to dead with clubs and thats not all.
