CANDY SPELLING IS IN NO RUSH TO UNLOAD HER MANSION

Candy Spelling’s 150 million dollar mansion has been on the market for eight months and she will not budge on her asking price. Candy’s in no rush to sell, but we’re betting her real estate agent, Rick Hilton (that’s Paris Hilton’s dad) would like to close the deal. The 56,500 sq ft, 4.7 acre property – it’s larger than the White House – has had a number of qualified lookers, but no takers. Hilton specializes in trophy properties and this is perhaps the biggest trophy of all in Los Angeles. He stands to make millions when it finally sells, but since Candy is stubborn, he’ll just have to relax and wait.

   Won’t sell for a penny over 110. Watch and learn. The rich didn’t get that way by being stupid. The Russians are done splurging on properties. Candy bought another property that is smaller, yet pricey. She will soon need the money.

   This useless waste of skin makes me sick. A room solely for wrapping presents? As if she would risk ruining her cuticles to do that! And if Rick Hilton is involved then forget it. Another useless waste. He and his wife (who comes from a low-rent family of NO standing at all) love to put on airs and act high and mighty. Too bad the Hiltons are just as low-rent as Kathy and her family are. The Hiltons aren’t even welcome in real “Society” because they are considered trash. Contrary to what Candy Spelling and the Hiltons believe, money does not give you class. Not at all.
