HULK HOGAN: REAL-LIFE HERO OR SCIENTOLOGY HERO?

File this under things that make you go hmmm… We couldn’t help but be skeptical when we read that blast from the past, Hulk Hogan, was a real life hero when he spotted an overturned car in Clearwater,(!) Florida. (See link from TMZ below) Hulk recently married yoga instructor Sky Daily who is a second generation Scientologist. We aren’t SURE if Hulk has joined the controversial group, but it looks like it. Hulk and Tom Cruise were seen sharing a private box at a recent Tampa Bay Buccaneers game! We aren’t trying to take anything away from Hulk’s supposed good deed, we can’t help but think that something smells fishy. Scientology has allegedly been known to stage accidents and then have their members conveniently be there to save the day. Years ago it seemed like Tom Cruise was playing a real life hero on a regular basis. He got lots of publicity for rescuing people on a sinking boat, and also saving a woman injured in a car crash, and taking her to the hospital, where he paid her bill. We’ll let YOU decide!

IS JEREMY RENNER READY TO DANCE AFTER THAT AWFUL ACCIDENT?

Jeremy Renner is being wooed to show the world how FAR he’s come after that almost deadly snowplow accident on New Years Day, 2023 – by taking a twirl on Dancing With The Stars. Jeremy is a part of the Disney/Marvel family thanks to his role on The Avengers and Disney owns ABC, the network that airs the popular dancing competition. According to a network insider, ABC wants Jeremy to appear on DWTS not as a competitor, but during a special episode dedicated to Marvel movies. The idea is for Jeremy to rehearse for a few weeks and then do one special dance as a way to promote the Marvel franchise during next season.

JEREMY RENNER: WAS IT THE SNOWPLOW’S FAULT?

After nearly getting crushed to death and breaking 30 bones in that snowplow accident on January 1, Jeremy Renner is focused on the long recovery ahead of him, and of course he’s exploring his legal options. Jeremy is no stranger to litigation – his divorce from ex-wife Sonni Pacheco was anything but “conscious uncoupling” with his and hers lawsuits. When he’s not having surgery or therapy, Jeremy is consulting experts to confirm if his snowplow had a mechanical malfunction- such as a nonworking brake light. A friend says he hasn’t made any decisions on a lawsuit, but he’s hinted he could lose hundreds of millions of dollars in income if his recovery keeps him out of work for as long as expected.

Some friends are very worried about Jeremy Renner’s prognosis. As we reported, Jeremy has been hospitalized after being run over by his snowplow on New Years Day, and although he’s posted a few upbeat photos and messages to Instagram, those closest to him have been VAGUE when asked about his actual condition. From what we know, one of Jeremy’s former costars has reached out, and also a longtime friend from his early days in Hollywood – and neither can get a straight answer. People are worried that he may never walk again or has possibly lost at least one of his legs. While everyone is HOPING for a full recovery, there seems to be something more serious going on…

JEREMY RENNER DOES IT HIMSELF

Jeremy Renner is in critical condition with injuries including a severely mangled leg after a snow plowing accident at his vacation home near Lake Tahoe – and a former neighbor isn’t the least bit surprised! Earlier in his career, Jeremy owned a condo in a historical building in West Hollywood and according to a resident, Jeremy saved a lot of money by remodeling the unit himself. The insider says despite his movie star status, Jeremy took pride in being completely self-sufficient. In addition to doing his remodeling, Jeremy was often seen washing his own vehicle in the building’s garage and apparently even cleaned his own unit since he never had a housekeeper. “It’s not surprising he was plowing his own driveway in a blizzard,” the neighbor says. “He was always doing everything himself, some of it stemmed from pride, and some from his apparent frugality, since he never tipped the building’s staff.”

Accident Electric Bike Hair! Helmet Macho Simon Cowell

SIMON COWELL: MORE MISPLACED MACHISMO

We ran across this 1980’s photo of Simon Cowell with Farrah Fawcett feathered hair, flexing his biceps with his then-girlfriend, singer Sinitta. There’s no doubt that he enjoys his own masculinity, and while his hair has gotten shorter, he still has the same style and attitude. That includes his e-bike riding. He didn’t learn a lesson the first time he lost control of his electric bike on wet pavement in Malibu and broke his back 18 months ago. No helmet. To his credit he continued riding – but STILL without a helmet and just had the same accident on a slick street in London. Onlookers had to stop traffic so he wouldn’t get run over. He ended up with a bloody face, possible concussion, and a broken arm.

CHRIS BROWN: JUST ANOTHER NIGHT IN HOLLYWOOD

Chris “Guns n’ Drugs” Brown (as we like to call him) had a festive night partying at an event at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood on Thursday – little did he know that bad things were happening in the parking area. An apparently drunk driver plowed into a few cars – among them, Chris’s beloved Porsche. When he came outside and saw it, Chris was surprisingly nonchalant – no threats or tantrums. He was happy it was still driveable and just took off. It could’ve been worse.

SIMON COWELL WAS SHOWING OFF FOR THE KIDS

It’s a conundrum. Simon Cowell is very fussy about his health and pops multiple vitamin supplements every day. He cut back on his 80 cigarettes a day habit, and lost a considerable amount of weight recently. So why did this careful guy end up with a broken back? He just had his new electric bike delivered that goes 60 miles per hour- and he couldn’t WAIT to try it out. He was “showing off for the kids” when he did a wheelie and was thrown to the concrete. No helmet and no protective clothing like bikers wear. It’s ironic. Simon started bike riding to stay healthy in quarantine, and ended up worse off than if he caught the virus!

NAYA RIVERA’S FATAL MISTAKE

We finally pieced together from various sources exactly WHAT caused the beautiful Glee actress to drown. First of all, we wonder WHY Naya Rivera chose to rent a boat and take her little boy out on the lake alone if she wasn’t experienced. When they were in the middle of the lake she turned the motor off but FAILED to drop the anchor. She made sure her son wore his life vest, but she did not wear hers when they hopped overboard. While they were swimming near the boat a strong current came along and the unanchored boat drifted away. Still in the water, she grabbed her son and swam as fast as she could to catch the swiftly moving boat. When she finally was able to grab the edge, she was SO exhausted that she used her last ounce of strength to push him onboard and she slipped into the water. It was all about the ANCHOR.

Accident Fast & Furious 9 Stunt Double Stuntman Vin Diesel

HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE TO DIE TO MAKE VIN DIESEL LOOK MACHO?

Vin Diesel’s stuntman Joe Watts (above) is fighting for his life after a safety cable broke when he leaped from a balcony on the UK set of Fast & Furious 9 and he plunged over thirty feet and landed on his head. He is now in an induced coma and the prognosis is not good. Back in 2002, another of Vin Diesel’s stunt doubles was KILLED in a paragliding accident on the set. What is WRONG with these filmmakers? Is thrilling those boneheaded teenage viewers and enhancing Diesel’s badass reputation REALLY more important than keeping people alive? If actors had to do their own stunts this insanity would not happen.
