Adam Sandler is venting his frustration by riding his bike every day. Since his acclaimed film Uncut Gems set his career and popularity into high gear he’s been planning a tour of personal appearances. Due to Social Isolation, his 100% Fresher tour had to cancel and postpone dates in March and April. Adam is afraid he’ll pack on the pounds if he doesn’t stay active so he’s very serious about his exercise. Sometimes he rides with his wife Jackie (like today) or his kids, but he’s out there EVERY day.

It’s hard to believe, but Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston MIGHT have made an interesting movie for Netflix called Murder Mystery. We usually hate Adam’s films, but he neither wrote nor directed this one, so it has a chance. It’s described as a mystery/drama, and Adam and Jennifer play an ordinary married couple (he’s a NYC cop and she’s a hairdresser) who finally take a trip to Europe. They meet an interesting man on a flight and he invites them to a family event on the fabulous yacht of an elderly billionaire, played by Terence Stamp. Sound like fun – until the wealthy guy is murdered, and they become the prime suspects.

Adam Sandler took his family out to dinner dressed like THIS (he always dresses like a little boy- usually with a baseball cap,) but this time it’s no big deal. Adam and his wife Jackie (a former model) and their daughter Sadie, 12, had a casual meal at The Brighton Coffee Shop. For those who hate Adam Sandler movies, he is currently working on Uncut Gems, in which Adam is merely acting and has nothing to do with the script. It’s actually expected to be a decent film

He seems like a good father – Adam Sandler took his lookalike daughter Sadie, 11, shopping in Beverly Hills, Adam is 51, but he dresses more like he’s 15. Recently he told Jennifer Lawrence that he stopped reading his movie reviews in 1995 when critics panned Billy Madison. Instead of TAKING A HINT and learning a thing or two from his reviews, he refuses to acknowledge them. We are not fans of his work, but when he appears in other director’s movies, (like The Meyerowitz Stories) he’s a decent actor. Adam – it’s time to grow up and utilize those reviews.

Adam Sandler and Chris Rock are playing dads in The Week Of, filming in New York, and they certainly LOOK the part. The Netflix movie is a wedding comedy, all about what happens the week before Chris’s son and Sandler’s daughter get married. One good thing- Sandler won’t be able to use his baby voice, we hope. We don’t have much hope for the Adam Sandler script, but you can bet that he and Chris are being overpaid.

At last! Adam Sandler is dressed like a MAN! Long pants! No baseball cap! Maybe it’s because he’s in a movie at the Cannes Film Festival or maybe he’s actually growing up – whatever the reason, it’s a welcome change (in spite of the mustache.) Adam and Ben Stiller are playing Dustin Hoffman’s sons in The Meyerowitz Stories – a comedy drama about an estranged family that gets back together. Fortunately, Adam had nothing to do with the writing and the movie is already getting positive buzz at the festival.

From what we’ve heard, Adam Sandler is an awfully nice guy, but that doesn’t excuse his boorish appearance. In what universe is it acceptable for a successful 50 year old man to show up for lunch at an expensive upscale restaurant (E. Baldi) in Beverly Hills, looking like THIS? Guess what, Adam, you’re a grown man now and you dress like a CHILD! It can only be an insult to the people you’re eating with. It’s time to put more effort into your appearance, Adam, and it wouldn’t hurt to do the same for your film scripts…

Looks like Adam Sandler is turning to the Kevin Smith method for disguising weight. Director Smith is in the habit of wearing gigantic XXXXL t- shirts and super-wide mid calf pull-on “shorts” for all occasions. He’s always been overweight and last year he lost 85 pounds and nobody noticed because his boyish clothes were so big! His outfit has become the uniform for oversize “men” who want to disguise their heft and feel comfortable eating a lot. (The clothes never get tight!) Adam looks like he doesn’t want to face the fact that he’s packed on a few pounds – but who can tell in that outfit?
