One might think that skin tight leather and sky high stilettos would be rather uncomfortable on a long airplane flight, but that doesn’t apply to Victoria Beckham, pictured above at Heathrow. We’re never surprised by her travel garb since we learned that she always takes a set of sweats and comfy shoes to wear during her flight and changes back into her fancy clothes before she lands. Hence, you never see a wrinkle.

Renee Zellweger looks sexier since she took up with “Hangover” star Bradley Cooper. We don’t remember her going to the airport in skinny jeans and high heels before. Bradley helped her load her bags into a cab after they spent five days together in Vancouver. He stayed to continue filming. Renee’s reading matter for the flight was Ghost Light by Frank Rich, which is being made into a movie. Maybe she’s considering a part.

This is what Robert Pattinson has to look forward to every time he arrives at an airport. The “Twilight” star kept his head down and his hood up when he left this morning but he was spotted instantly and mobbed accordingly. Can anybody deny that he was the hottest guy and the biggest thing at the MTV Movie Awards? He’s also one of the few males alive who can increase magazine circulation when he’s on the cover.

Jennifer Lopez has been working with Benny Medina to recreate her image and it looks like it’s already working. Jennifer returned from her stint in Japan promoting handbags and she looks amazingly fresh and pretty at the LA airport for someone who just got off an eighteen hour flight! We’re hoping never to see her wear ironed jeans again.

EVA LONGORIA JUST HAD TO HAVE A SNICKERS BAR

Sourthwest Airlines passengers at Burbank airport were surprised to see Eva Longoria on their budget flight to Phoenix and she was ALONE and schlepping her own luggage. An airport employee asked for a photo and Eva happily complied. Then she told the employee that she had an “odd request.” Can you give me a DOLLAR?” Eva explained that she wanted to buy a Snickers candy bar in the machine and had no change. The employee insisted on buying her the candy bar and also presented her with some trail mix because it was “healthier.” Observers say Eva was sweet and friendly to all.

This is how blonde Jared Leto tried to look unobtrusive at the airport. A hood and sunglasses is not the way to travel under the radar. Security took one look at his unibomber style and pulled him aside for a thorough search. We would have done the same thing.

Lost star Dominic Monaghan got the full body pat-down at LAX as he was catching a flight to go home to England for the holidays. He really looks tiny, doesn’t he? He was seen last month in the company of his on-again off-again hot girlfriend Evangeline Lilly, and we wonder if they’re still together. She was not seen at the airport.

SURVIVOR ALUM NABBED AT AIRPORT WITH A SUITCASE FULL OF MONEY

Reality fans might be interested to learn that Jean-Robert Bellande, the poker player from Survivor China (he was the 8th castaway eliminated) was pulled off an LA to Las Vegas flight today for questioning at Burbank airport. The reason: his checked bag was detected to have $40,000 in cash in it! Authorities questioned him and whatever he told them was acceptable. The flight was only held up for six minutes. What we want to know is why would anyone in their right mind CHECK a bag full of cash!

We can’t help feeling bad for Mackenzie Phillips. With druggy John Phillips for a father, she almost never had a chance. The One Day at a Time star has been in and out of rehabs and arrested several times. She cleaned up again around ten years ago and did some TV work and even made appearances as a motivational speaker. This morning a flight attendant called and told us that Mackenzie was arrested by security at the American Airlines terminal because heroin was found taped to her body. This photo was taken a few months ago at “A Mothers Day Salute to TV Moms.” It’s just sad.
