It wasn’t Harry Styles’ colorful suit that had fans buzzing after he appeared at the BRIT Awards 2021. They weren’t even surprised when he arrived on the red carpet carrying a designer handbag that matched the suit! The audience went bonkers when Harry spoke with an American accent! ELLEN’S WIFE PORTIA DE ROSSI IS THRILLED TO BE AN AMERICAN

Ellen DeGeneres’ wife Portia de Rossi, 38, is now an American citizen. Portia, who was born Amanda Lee Rogers in Australia, has been acting in this country for 16 years. A spy reported to us that Portia was at a swearing in ceremony this week at the courthouse on Spring Street in front of a judge. Naturally she stood out in the crowd – “She looked beautiful in a black dress and pumps and a huge ring.” She was friendly and posed for photos with other new citizens. When someone congratulated her on her naturalization, she quipped “Thank you – but it didn’t happen because of my marriage!” (And it probably SHOULD have!)

Angelina Jolie took time out from the Cannes Film Festival to visit Germany to boost the morale of wounded American soldiers. She must have been a welcome distraction for young men in pain. The injured guys were sent to Germany for treatment before they return to the US for the first time since they were hurt. It’s nice to see Angelina doing something for her own country.
