Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas and their assorted kids (mostly HERS) are in Aspen for the holidays. Antonio decided to spend some quality time with his daughter Stella, 13, so he took her shopping at, of all places, Dior! Maybe they were buying a gift for mom.

Here’s an interesting photo of Melanie Griffith, her kids, and her mother Tippi Hedren at the airport. Melanie’s son Alexander (with ex-husband Steven Bauer) is 24, her daughter Dakota (with ex-husband Don Johnson) is 20, and her youngest, Stella, (with present husband Antonio Banderas) is 13. We think Alexander looks a LOT more like Don Johnson than he looks like his father Steven Bauer – do you see the resemblance?
UPDATE: The mystery is solved, thanks to our astute readers. The Don Johnson lookalike IS actually Don’s son with Patti D’Arbanville. He’s Jesse Johnson, an actor, and Dakota’s half brother. The photographer misidentified him.

Stella Banderas definitely has a cool father. Antonio brought his almost 13 year old daughter shopping at The Grove – her birthday is later this month. Stella’s mom Melanie Griffith checked back into rehab recently and it was rumored that Antonio wanted to end the marriage. But Antonio made a point of denying any kind of split and insists emphatically “I’m not leaving!”

After 12 years of marriage and many dire predictions, Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas are still wed. Here they are at a Lakers game. Melanie always seems more cheerful than her husband. They certainly are intent on doing whatever they have to do to keep the marriage intact. Melanie hasn’t been busy lately, but Antonio has – among other things, he will play Salvador Dali in “Dali” next year. Twilight star Robert Pattinson’s portrayal of Dali in “Little Ashes” will be out first.

Melanie Griffith brought her 12 year old daughter Stella Banderas to Beverly Hills for an appointment in a medical building. Melanie and her third husband Antonio have defied all the negative predictions about their marriage. Because they were both married to other people when their romance started, no one expected their whirlwind relationship to last. It did. A twelve year marriage is a long time in Hollywood.

MEG RYAN IS NOT THRILLED WITH HER CAREER

Chunky Meg Ryan looks believably out of shape in this picture but it’s only a fat suit. The photo is from her romantic comedy “My Mom’s New Boyfriend” which costars Antonio Banderas as her love interest and Colin Hanks as her son. Unfortunately, it was due to be released last Spring and postponed – and that is never a good sign. Nobody does romantic comedies better than Meg, however, when she has a good script.
