Wait a minute, the whole Demi Moore/Ashton Kutcher divorce story just took a U-turn. TMZ reports that Demi was inhaling nitrous oxide with a friend before she had a seizure and was hospitalized. Nitrous Oxide! This is something bored young teenagers do after graduating from glue-sniffing. For a woman of Demi’s age and accomplishment, it’s mind boggling. What ELSE does she do? Obviously Demi is not the innocent victim of her husband’s infidelity that she appeared to be. Maybe she’s been abusing drugs for a long time and DROVE Ashton to seek companionship elsewhere. He’s probably happy this information surfaced because the press has branded him the villain who caused the split. There’s WAY more to this than meets the eye.

Ashton Kutcher has big plans. He rented a 10,000 sq ft bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills for $50,000 a month. The gorgeous modern architectural home has walls of glass that are fully retractable to bring the outside in. It has 5 bedrooms, 8 baths, and an infinity pool with stunning views in all directions. Naturally there’s a screening room and gym/massage area. Now that he’s split from Demi Moore and single, it looks like Ashton will be doing some big time entertaining.

First of all, friends tell us that she and Ashton had an “agreement” – he could have fun with his buddies as long as he was discreet and she didn’t find out any details. Ashton forgot to be discreet with that San Diego party girl Sara Leal, who spilled the beans on their unprotected sex. When Demi became convinced that Ashton had crossed the line and humiliated her, she took some time getting their finances in order BEFORE filing. Hence the hesitation. Denise Richards is smarter than she looks. We were startled to hear that she was invited to appear on the first episode of this season’s “Two and a Half Men” with Ashton Kutcher. Certainly she can use the money and exposure for her lagging career. But we give her credit for instantly recognizing it was not a generous gesture on the part of producer Chuck Lorre, but simply one-up-man-ship. It would have been a huge slap in Charlie Sheen’s face if Denise had accepted the role. Denise doesn’t want to erode relations with the father of her children so she regretfully turned down the opportunity.

UK writer Andrew Morton insists that he has inside information. Morton says that it’s likely that Charlie’s character will be killed off in a spectacular car crash when his Mercedes flies off a cliff near his Malibu home. After Charlie’s funeral, his beach house will be put up for sale. Ashton Kutcher will enter the show’s plot line by buying the home. He’ll take pity on Charlie’s broke brother Alan, played by Jon Cryer, and his son Jake, and let them continue to live there. Sounds plausible.

Ashton Kutcher Movies Natalie Portman No Strings Attached

“NO STRINGS ATTACHED” IS A PLEASANT SURPRISE

We walked into No Strings Attached with low expectations. Romantic comedies of late have been universally disappointing and repetitious. And Ashton Kutcher’s presence is always a gamble. It’s a difficult science. We hoped that if Natalie Portman agreed to do it, it must be tolerable. And indeed, the script was amusing and occasionally surprising, and there were some memorable scenes – Natalie ‘s character was studying to be a doctor and her roommates were delightful, as were all the fine supporting actors. In summation, the entertaining scenes outnumbered the predictable scenes and it was fun to watch. So give it a chance, you might like it – in spite of Ashton Kutcher.

Ashton got tired of people panicking whenever they saw him, assuming they were part of a prank. Nobody trusted him. He’s back as executive producer and personally selected Justin to host- maybe because they have similar hair.
