ASSAULT CHARGE: IS CHARLIE SHEEN AS INNOCENT AS HE LOOKS?

There’s WAY more to the story about Charlie Sheen being attacked by a neighbor! Charlie was allegedly strangled by a neighbor, Electra Poag Schrock, (above) who he claimed to have been feuding with recently. One of our sources just happens to know Electra and told us some background. She grew up in Orange County in an affluent family – her dad is a big time real estate developer, her mom a socialite, but she she’s estranged from her parents who have been divorced for decades. Earlier this year, she was accused of elder abuse on her mom. Now HERE’S where it gets interesting. Electra has been telling friends that she was having a secret fling with a celebrity who lived not far from her in Malibu. She didn’t name names, but all roads seem to lead to Charlie. A few weeks ago Electra told pals the celebrity wanted to END things, and THAT’S when Charlie alleges that Electra started harassing him, even vandalizing his car. There could be more to this situation than meets the eye…

Assault Bad Behavior City of Lies Johnny Depp Lawsuit

AMBER HEARD ISN’T THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING ABOUT JOHNNY DEPP

Johnny Depp has been wallowing in undeserved admiration from his fans ever since he won his libel suit against Amber Heard. His happy lawyers no doubt advised him to quickly settle a lawsuit filed against him by a crew member on the film City of Lies, before the lurid details could become public and spoil his positive aura. Fact is, Johnny was obnoxious while filming the movie – he was irresponsibly drinking and using drugs and treated co-workers horribly by keeping people waiting for HOURS or not bothering to show up at all. His ego got the best of him and he beat up a crew member who rubbed him the wrong way. It was too late to replace Depp and everyone had to power through the awful shoot, vowing not to work with Depp again. Producers pressured the crew guy to sign an agreement that he would not press charges against their leading man. He refused and they FIRED him! So naturally he did file a lawsuit, and now he’s enjoying the hefty settlement that he certainly earned.

Assault French Bulldog Jen Harley Jersey Shore Ronnie Ortiz-Magro

JERSEY SHORE GIRLFRIEND BUYS A FRENCH BULLDOG ON THE STREET – RODEO DRIVE!

Jersey Shore fans might be amused to know that Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s girlfriend Jen Harley has a new guy to push around. You might remember that Jen has had a number of arrests for domestic violence- the last one was in Las Vegas in June when she was booked for assault with a deadly weapon after she threatened to kill her new boyfriend Joseph Ambrosole with a gun. Joseph apparently forgave her because this week he and Jen had lunch at Il Pastaio and shopped at Dior in Beverly Hills. On Rodeo Drive they ran into someone SELLING a coveted French bulldog ON THE STREET and Jen fell in love with it. Joe impulsively BOUGHT the pup for Jen for $3500. It’s horrifying, because the dog could have been stolen or in-bred by an unscrupulous breeder. Hopefully Jen treats her dogs better than her boyfriends…

Assault FKA Twigs Lawsuit Sexual Battery Shia LaBeouf

WE ADMIRE FKA TWIGS FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING

UK singer FKA Twigs showed remarkable courage when she filed her lawsuit accusing her ex-boyfriend Shia LaBeouf of sexual battery and assault. She documented in detail numerous violent and controlling situations he inflicted upon her when they were together. Keep in mind, HE is the more famous and powerful person in this relationship. Another of his ex-girlfriends joined Twigs in the lawsuit with similar charges. FKA Twigs stated that she wants other women to understand that this can happen to anyone, and she wants to raise awareness about the tactics that abusers use to control their victims. When confronted with the charges, LaBeouf admitted almost everything “I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression,” he said “I abused myself and everyone around me, and I’m ashamed and sorry about those I hurt.” And this guy has had a long string of girlfriends! We celebrate FKA Twigs for her bravery – she has little to gain from this purposeful but embarrassing lawsuit, and will probably be taunted online by LaBeouf’s fans.

HEATHER LOCKLEAR AND HER HISTORY OF VIOLENCE

The idea of petite and feminine Heather Locklear, 56, getting high and beating up her boyfriends is utterly fascinating and unexpected. Heather’s first two husbands were rock stars – Tommy Lee and Richie Sambora -so she was exposed to self indulgence and substance abuse early on. But Heather had a clean record until she hit her forties – that’s when her “history of violence” began. Sometimes she appeared bruised in public. DUI’s started piling up and Heather reportedly punched her fiancée Jack Wagner in 2011, and the relationship ended. Plastic surgeon Dr Marc Mani was her boyfriend for awhile – we wonder if she beat HIM up! The latest victim was her high school sweetheart, who didn’t find the success she did after graduation. Chris Heisser served two years in prison for theft and fraud, and he told police that Heather attacked him and tried to bite off his nose. She turned her attack on police when they arrived and assaulted several officers while cursing a blue streak. How embarrassing for anyone who happened to be in her house. (daughter Ava?) Heather is the new poster girl for Violence Against Men.

KIM KARDASHIAN RETAINS HER WEIRD COMPOSURE UNDER TRYING CIRCUMSTANCES

The most fascinating aspect of the reccent Paris incident with Kim Kardashian and the Russian prankster is the fact that she never flinched or changed her face throughout the experience! The Russian guy popped up behind Kim and dived under her flimsy skirt to kiss her on the butt. Huge guards leaped after the guy and roughly wrestled him to the ground. There was a lot of shouting and chaos but Kim didn’t bother to stop and look, and never changed her face. (Her eyebrows never even went up!) How can that be? She kept that same peaceful blank robotic look that she always has with Kanye.

Assault Homeless Pauley Perrette

NCIS’ PAULEY PERRETTE SURVIVED BRUTAL ATTACK BY DERANGED VAGRANT

We were SHOCKED to hear that NCIS star Pauley Perrette was viciously ATTACKED by what she described as a “homeless psychotic“ man as she was walking on her OWN street. (Ironically, she is an advocate for the homeless.) It happened around 5 PM Thursday – she was crossing the street when the frantic man grabbed her and started punching her in the nose and face. He shouted his name and yelled “I’m going to KILL you!” over and over again. No one was around. After a terrifying struggle he left her collapsed on the sidewalk and headed toward Hollywood Blvd, still raving to himself. Pauley called a friend who found the guy, called police, and had him arrested. He’s locked up on felony assault charges. Pauley is healing and grateful to be alive.

MARK WAHLBERG SAYS HE WANTS TO BE A ROLE MODEL

Mark Wahlberg wants to be pardoned for an assault that landed him in jail when he was 16, presumably because he is reformed. But that might not be the case. While high on drugs, Wahlberg whacked a Vietnamese man in the head with a heavy stick in an attempt to steal two cases of beer he was carrying, in his Massachusetts hometown. He was also verbally and racially abusive. It turns out the man did not lose an eye from the beating, but Mark served 45 days in jail. He was a bully. Now he wants the incident removed from his record, but he has never apologized to his victim. Actually Mark wants the felony removed because he wants to open a chain of restaurants (Wahlburgers) with his brothers, and some states won’t allow felons to do so. So maybe he hasn’t changed all that much.

Rihanna’s frank discussion with Oprah about the night she was assaulted by her boyfriend Chris Brown is sadly in character with the way many women react when beaten by their loved one. Shockingly, Rihanna described the vicious attack as a “cry for help.” She, like many women, didn’t want to believe that the man who had been their best friend and lover was capable of such deliberate brutality. So they try to conjure up an excuse, or even blame themselves. He couldn’t help it – he lost his temper. He didn’t mean it. She worried about HIM being called a monster! It’s awful to suffer the humiliation of being beaten, AND lose the person you love in one fell swoop. Rihanna desperately wanted to find a reason to forgive him because she still loved him. Horrified fans made that difficult to do at the time, but if Rihanna doesn’t wise up and realize that Chris is an arrogant and brutal man responsible for his own actions, she still might take him back.

After hearing his rant all over the internet, isn’t it nice to see a photograph of Christian Bale before he developed that deadly temper? This is an undated photo (judging by the hair we’re guessing the 80’s) of Christian and his mother Jenny and his sister Louise in happier times. That’s before they had that fight in a London hotel room before the “Dark Knight” premier and his sister and mother told police that Christian “assaulted” them. Now his relatives have the last laugh because the people who doubted their story are starting to believe them.
