IT’S NOT EASY BEING COURTNEY LOVE’S DRIVER!

We should ALL be grateful that Courtney Love HAS a driver and doesn’t endanger the streets by driving herself. She was photographed stumbling out of the W party at Chateau Marmont this weekend and she would have hit the pavement HARD if her dutiful driver had not caught her and stood her back up. She clung to his neck as she made her way to the car. Do you suppose she gave him a good tip for performing beyond the call of duty? We imagine her daughter Frances reading about situations like this and feeling she did the right thing by separating herself from her mother.

Bad Behavior Dancing With the Stars Hope Solo Maksim Chmerkovskiy

DID MAKS BADMOUTH HIS WAY OFF DANCING WITH THE STARS – OR IS HE TOP DOG?

Is temperamental “Dancing with the Stars” pro Maks Chmerkovskiy’s bad behavior on the show cementing his return next season, or likely to get him voted off for good? Maks (“This is MY show”) and his partner Hope Solo, who placed last on Monday, have battled with each other, but his televised clashes with judges Len Goodman and Carrie Ann Inaba are what everybody’s talking about. Sore loser Maks insulted Len by suggesting its time for him to retire and when Carrie Ann noticed him smirking during her critique, he reacted badly and later in an interview said “F— Carrie Ann.” Maks’ ego, chest baring, and hostility have kept the show lively, and viewers seem to eat it up. It will be interesting to see how he does Tuesday night and IF he returns next season. Maybe it IS his show.

Bad Behavior Crimes and Misdemeanors Tom Sizemore

TOM SIZEMORE AVOIDS INDOOR PLUMBING

Tom Sizemore continues to make bad decisions. Last week his live-in “assistant” at his downtown Los Angeles apartment stole a car and when cops came to arrest him they noticed Tom had an outstanding battery warrant (for allegedly roughing up an ex-girlfriend.) The roommate/assistant was on parole and had drugs in his room so he’s locked up. Tom bailed himself out a few hours later, claiming it was all a “misunderstanding.” Why this substance addicted actor is living with a drugged up car thief is a mystery. On Wednesday, Tom was in Minneapolis to promote his movie “White Knight” at the Twin Cities Film Festival and he visited the KARE 11 station for an interview. According to CJ at the Star-Tribune, on the way in, he stopped in the “Backyard” – a landscaped outdoor area where weathermen give their reports, to PEE, oblivious that he was in full view of all the employees in the office windows looking down on him. It makes you wonder…

ZSA ZSA GABOR’S “PRINCE” HAS NO SHAME

We were appalled to see this photo of Zsa Zsa Gabor and her sinister “Prince Frederic” supposedly sipping champagne to “celebrate” his 68th birthday. This man will do ANYTHING to get publicity! Poor Zsa Zsa woke up from a coma three weeks ago and we hear she’s barely aware of her surroundings. Yet her cruel husband propped up this ailing former beauty queen in bed – without having her hair and makeup done – and posed for a photo with her because this is the only way HE can get publicity. Tasteless and selfish. And we hear he STILL won’t allow Zsa Zsa’s only daughter Francesca to visit her.

ASHLEY GREENE AND JOE JONAS WANT THEIR DOGS TO BE FRIENDS

Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene get along just fine but their dogs are always at each other’s throats! Ashley has had her toy fox terrier Marlo for a year, but Joe recently acquired an English bulldog puppy named Winston. Feisty alpha dog Marlo resents Winston’s intrusion into HER house (Ashley and Joe and their dogs are constantly together) and they both bark and become aggressive. Unable to tolerate the fighting, Ashley hired a professional dog whisperer to treat the dogs at her West Hollywood apartment.

CAN BRISTOL PALIN DO WHAT KATE GOSSELIN DID FOR “DANCING WITH THE STARS?”

Bristol Palin, 19, is shaping up to be the new (difficult and demanding) Kate Gosselin on “Dancing With The Stars” and producers couldn’t be happier about her complaints. The show has barely started, and Bristol is already reportedly annoyed by all the questions about her mother and she’s not happy about the amount of press she has to do. Plus, of course, she intends to remain “modest” and won’t be wearing those sexy costumes. Producers are hoping her bratty behavior captivates viewers like Gosselin’s did – ratings zoomed and for the first time the show beat American Idol.

Nobody seemed to pay attention when Ivana Trump quietly gave up the advice column, “Ask Ivana,” she had been writing for the Globe tabloid for fifteen years. (Could it have anything to do with that foul-mouthed airline tantrum that got her booted from a Delta flight?) Hollywood publicist Edward Lozzi immediately pitched his client, Debbie Reynolds, for the job and Globe jumped at the chance to hire Debbie – for MORE money than they paid Ivana. (Estimated in the high five figures) Debbie actually writes her own answers to readers seeking advice, and mail has increased. Kanye West’s big mouth is NOT increasing his popularity. He’s currently featured with Lady GaGa on her Fame Kills tour and it started out as a 50-50 deal, but his name has been taken off ads and marketing although he IS still performing. Kanye HAS been talking about “taking a vacation” so maybe he won’t do the entire tour – especially since GaGa has proved she can hold her own. Insiders believe that his name was removed because he turns too many people OFF.

Bad Behavior Common Kanye West Tantrum

KANYE WEST AND THE CHICKEN TANTRUM

Kanye West made a fool of himself again Saturday night at Common’s benefit concert at The Palladium in Hollywood. Here’s the story: Kanye arrived minutes before he was set to go onstage as the last act of a star-studded charity show. Besides Common, Nas, Ludacris, Mos Def, De La Soul, Heavy D, Queen Latifah, and other acts had delighted the crowd. They were all relaxing in the green room when Kanye walked in and noticed a guy eating chicken. He took offense and blurted petulantly “Why wasn’t I offered chicken? It’s NOT FAIR– you want me to perform for free – everyone is eating – WHY AM I NOT EATING!” A waiter apologized and pointed out “You didn’t ask for chicken!” Well, I’m ASKING NOW!! Other celebrities watched Kanye’s loud chicken tantrum in total shock. His girlfriend Amber Rose just stepped back and let him rant. The waiter rushed him a plate of chicken and Kanye literally took ONE bite and dumped it before he grabbed the mic and went onstage, leaving everyone shaking their heads.

JAY LENO SCORED THE KANYE WEST APOLOGY

How lucky was Jay Leno to have Kanye West booked on the debut of his new show tonight? Conan and Dave must be grinding their teeth. Apparently Kanye was also grateful for the opportunity to apologize for his appalling behavior at the MTV Video awards. It looks like egotistical Kanye was very surprised to find out that other people didn’t agree with his opinion that Beyonce should have won the award that Taylor Swift received. His advisors are frantically pushing him to lay off the obnoxious behavior, but he does love attention. His apologetic appearance should give nervous Jay some extra oomph for opening night.
