NICOLAS CAGE WANTS YOU TO KNOW THAT HE LOOKS BETTER THAN HIS CHARACTER IN “DREAM SCENARIO”

Nicolas Cage turned up at the Toronto Film Festival looking EXTRA spiffy, dressed in all black, for a good reason. He plays a very ordinary family man who is bald and out of shape in his new movie Dream Scenario, and he didn’t want anyone to assume that THAT is how he looks these days. It’s a comedy and his character starts turning up in millions of strangers dreams for some reason, and it makes him an internet sensation. But after the first flush of notoriety, it all starts to go bad and those dreams become nightmares… sounds interesting.

Bald coronavirus Hair! Tom Hanks

TOM HANKS GOT US TO THINKING “WHAT IF?”

We tuned in to Saturday Night Live a few minutes late and were surprised to see Tom Hanks hosting and looking quite bald. Shocking – was this an after-effect of coronavirus? Apparently he explained early on that he shaved his head for a role – presumably Col Tom Parker in the Elvis movie. But it got us to thinking: Imagine this pandemic if coronavirus DID cause hair to fall out! Certainly everyone would take it A WHOLE LOT more seriously! Young people would NOT be jogging or sunning on the beach – they would be the first ones isolating at home wearing masks! Simon Cowell would NOT be riding his bike! People would stay TEN feet away from each other and rarely leave the house. Aren’t we lucky that baldness is NOT caused by the virus!

JOHN TRAVOLTA FINALLY CAME OUT OF THE CLOSET ABOUT HIS FAKE HAIR

What a relief! John Travolta, 64, has been dodgy about his hair loss for many years and it became a long-running joke. He must have a room full of hairpieces at home and a beautician on call to perfectly place them on his scalp. At the same time he endured plenty of teasing about his evolving “hairstyles.” He’s come a long way since he played the unforgettable pompadoured heartthrob Danny in Grease. When Travolta played Robert Shapiro in The People v. OJ Simpson, HE had far MORE hair than the real Shapiro did. Now the cat’s out of the bag, and we can all relax: John posted this photo of himself and daughter Ella, 18, over the holidays.

Bald Jon Cryer Two And A Half Men

JON CRYER HAS COME A LONG WAY SINCE “PRETTY IN PINK”

Jon Cryer looks like a whole new – and way more sinister- person with his shaved head. At least until he smiles. Charlie Sheen’s nice-guy costar on Two and a Half Men must be able to retire any time he wants to. Seems like his “Men” series is on TV several times EVERY day – the residuals must be mind boggling. With that kind of financial security, Jon can be choosy about his work. Cryer is married to entertainment reporter Lisa Joyner and they have a little girl Daisy (above.)

Bald Hair! Rose McGowan

ROSE MCGOWAN: “NO HAIR DON’T CARE!”

Rose McGowan continues to amaze us. We totally support her views against Caitlyn Jenner as Glamour’s Woman of the Year, but she was forced to quiet down when online haters disagreed. A few days ago she “liberated” herself by shaving her head! Rose documented the event on Instagram and captioned the “after” photo as “The alien has landed.” Last night she and her artist husband Davey Detail showed off her new look at Chateau Marmont and she looks quite beautiful. We love the outfit too.
