Celebrity sex tapes bring in big money and now financially challenged reality stars, Kim Zolciak and her husband Kroy Biermann could be the next to release their own romp! The former Real Housewife of Atlanta star and her ex-pro footballer hubby are facing massive debts and are about to be evicted from their mansion. As we previously revealed, Kroy was contemplating an Only Fans account, but now he and Kim think the real money is in a sex tape. They already have recorded some of their steamier sessions and are deciding if they want to go down that path. A source says that if the money is good enough, they WILL release the tape.

50 CENT AND DONALD TRUMP: TWO OF A KIND

It’s surprising how many things that 50 Cent and his choice for president, Donald Trump, have in common. Both are very wealthy, and are not above using bankruptcy to weasel out of sticky financial situations. Apparently they both hate to pay taxes and have been “negotiating” back and forth with the IRS for many years. We were also amused to learn that 50 Cent also loves to flaunt his wealth with conspicuous consumption. Years ago he appeared on MTV’s Cribs and displayed his cars- including THREE ridiculously expensive Ferraris in his driveway. It turned out the cars were NOT his (the owner griped to MTV) and Fitty had to apologize for the scam.

MOHAMED HADID MAKES IT EASY TO HATE RICH PEOPLE

He seems like a nice enough guy in person, but Bella and Gigi Hadid’s father Mohamed Hadid’s behavior gives wealthy people a BAD name. Real estate developer Hadid built a massive 60,000 sq ft mega-mansion in Bel Air and ignored Los Angeles construction laws to stop building because the precariously balanced house threatened neighbors below. He planned to sell the place for a hundred million dollars, but has been ordered to demolish it. Not only has the supposed multimillionaire tried to declare bankruptcy and failed, but he owes over a million in back taxes and the house is still there – in worse condition than ever. He claims he doesn’t have the 5 million needed to tear it down! The judge declared his conduct as “despicable” and hinted that the endangered neighbors suing him will win their cases (if they’re not crushed in a landslide.)

MOHAMED HADID’S NEIGHBORS ARE RUNNING FOR COVER

Models Gigi Hadid and her sister Bella have to be a little embarrassed by their father Mohamed Hadid, whose company declared bankruptcy this week to avoid the huge expense of tearing down this unfinished illegal mega-mansion Hadid constructed (and hoped to sell for 100 million) in Bel Air. Neighbors filed a lawsuit claiming it was unstable and illegally built (which it is) – they fear the house will slide down the hill on them. It adds up to corruption all around – Hadid should not have gotten permits. Rain is falling and neighbors are more worried than ever…

We LOVE estate sales – especially when there’s a celebrity involved! (Another reason to love living in LA!) Among the treasures featured on the website are a Vanity Fair photo of Elizabeth Taylor holding a condom, a movie poster of “The Women,” a Michael Jackson stereo system (who knew?) and among the many Michael Jackson items, an autographed photo saying “Thanks for the sperm.” We’re just kidding, but don’t think we won’t be looking for gossipy clues at this event. WHAT DONALD TRUMP DID FOR ARSENIO HALL

Winning Celebrity Apprentice in 2012 changed Arsenio Hall’s life more than any previous winner’s. From ’89 to ’94 Arsenio’s talk show was hot and he was riding high. He was actually very funny and enthusiastic – the fact that he seems a little gay sometimes makes him even more interesting and colorful. After the show went off the air, Arsenio scrambled for small movie roles, TV guest spots, and voice-overs. In 2008, the recession hit him hard – he declared bankruptcy, claiming only $765 in assets. JANICE DICKINSON FINALLY HAD TO QUIT SHOPPING AND DECLARE BANKRUPTCY

It took her long enough. Janice Dickinson has finally declared bankruptcy after running up bills all over town. She owes a LOT of money to plastic surgeons and anti-aging doctors who kept her face plumped and probably even more to the clothing stores she favors. Last year she was behind on her rent and a male friend stepped in and helped her out. Older wealthy men have been known to come to her rescue but now that she’s 58 that doesn’t happen so often. She’s at least a million dollars in debt with half of that owed for taxes. We’ve been expecting this because our friend with a similar name has been getting numerous calls from aggressive collection agencies looking for Janice.

Bankrupt Charity Dionne Warwick IRS Taxes

DIONNE WARWICK HAS A HISTORY OF FINANCIAL HIJINKS

Don’t waste your sympathy on singer Dionne Warwick, who declared bankruptcy this week. Dionne was the Whitney Houston of her day and had 56 hit songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart between 1962 and 1998. She was spokesperson for The Psychic Friends Network, and their TV ads with 900 numbers bilked gullible viewers out of untold millions from 1991 to 1998. Dionne earned well over 3 million dollars a year for that job. Later she founded The Warwick Foundation supposedly to raise money for AIDS, but an investigation proved that 90% of the money donated actually went to pay for Dionne’s fancy lifestyle and salaries for employees. The foundation dissolved in disgrace. Dionne owes the IRS and the state of California ten million dollars in taxes and we can only hope she pays up like the rest of us have to.

BANKRUPT GARY BUSEY TRIED TO KEEP UP THE “HOLLYWOOD LIFESTYLE”

Acquaintances of Gary Busey are not the least bit surprised that he filed for bankruptcy because he’s “never had a good grip on his finances.” “Gary still spends and acts like he’s an A-list star” we were told. Gary was nominated for an Oscar for “The Buddy Holly Story” in the late 70’s, followed by a number of successful movies like ”Lethal Weapon.” After that, his income went down, but his spending DIDN’T. He’s never owned a house because he always had bad credit. But he HAD to keep up “the image” so he RENTED a (modest) Malibu house for years, and drove a 20 plus year old Mercedes. Recently Gary got lucky and clicked on the reality show circuit (above, Gary on Celebrity Wife Swap) and made some money, but “spent it like the big star he isn’t any more.”

For decades, Dr Arnold Klein was the most famous dermatologist in Beverly Hills and he was a pioneer in the development of collagen and other skin injectables. His waiting room was always loaded with celebrities in sunglasses and he was invited to all the best places. Klein had three lavish homes, a collection of cars, and lived like a king. During those heady times, we visited his office to try and dig up some gossip. We found him to be really nice and he loved publicity so he gave us a special price. Now he’s bankrupt and according to the LA Times, is being investigated by the Medical Board of California for overprescribing drugs for Michael Jackson. He may lose his medical license. Before she died, his dear friend Elizabeth Taylor turned on him for publicly dishing details of Michael’s medical and sex life. Klein is now reduced to auctioning off gifts his celebrity clients gave him to try and pay off the 12 million he owes. His behavior makes you wonder if he was sampling his own drugs…
