Don’t tell her father, but Ivanka Trump is quietly looking for a home in Los Angeles. While her insecure dad Donald Trump continues to bash California and its governor, Gavin Newsom, Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner are house hunting in the Beverly Hills area. While Ivanka and Jared still plan to call Miami home, they seem to be spending more time on the West Coast, so they feel it makes sense to own a place here. The couple are making home sellers and realtors sign strict NDA’s since they don’t want to deal with the wrath of Donald if word got out they wanted to own a home in the state he seemingly hates. America's Most Wanted Beverly Hills Bicycle Crimes and Misdemeanors Gun Harold Smith Murder Police Ronni Chasen

HOW DID HAROLD SMITH SHOOT RONNI CHASEN FROM A BICYCLE?

Incredulous reporters quizzed the Beverly Hills police at their press conference today – everyone was flabbergasted to hear that the bullets that killed Ronni Chasen match the gun that Harold Smith used to kill himself. Cops theorized that Smith was desperate for money and it was a random robbery gone bad- ON A BICYCLE! LAPD has yet to turn over the bike to the Beverly Hills cops. Harold was certainly a good shot, but why didn’t he grab Ronni’s handbag on the seat next to her? Beverly Hills police played down the fact that they got the Harold Smith lead from America’s Most Wanted who received a call from a tipster. (Presumably the tipster will collect the $125,000 reward.) There are still a LOT of unanswered questions here so don’t put the Beverly Hills cops on a pedestal yet.

Beverly Hills Crimes and Misdemeanors Fake! Handicapped Joel Grover Ronni Chasen

WAS RONNI CHASEN HANDICAPPED?

Okay, we’re going out on a limb here, but this photo of Ronni Chasen’s crashed car is EXTREMELY revealing. We’re talking about the handicapped card. As far as we can ascertain, busy, active Ronni was far from handicapped. People who don’t live in Beverly Hills might not be aware that many residents with money abuse the handicapped policy and obtain handicapped placards without an infirmity. Perfectly healthy people get to park ANYWHERE WITHOUT PAYING FOR AS LONG AS THEY PLEASE and they never get a ticket. (It’s ironic that the wealthiest residents don’t have to pay for parking.) This thoroughly infuriates both people with genuine handicaps because their spaces are taken, and people without handicaps who resent their cheating. (That’s us.) Newsman Joel Grover investigated this phenomenon and found MOST people with the placards are cheating and everybody else loathes them. Form your own conclusions.

Beverly Hills Crimes and Misdemeanors Murder Police Ronni Chasen

WHO KILLED RONNI CHASEN?

This has been the number one subject in Hollywood this week, and five days after the murder we still don’t know much. From day one, the police suspected it was a deliberate hit instead of a random act, and nothing they’ve discovered has changed that assumption. But why wouldn’t an assassin TRY to cover up the motive and make it LOOK like a robbery? The Beverly Hills police are scrutinizing the videos they picked up from sources near the killing, but they’re dead silent. It’s interesting that the BH police have refused help offered from other agencies and insist they will solve the crime themselves. (Granted, they don’t get many opportunities to solve crimes in that town.) Everybody assumes there’s a juicy story behind this murder – involving big money, ego, sex, who knows WHAT. Did Ronni harbor a piece of volatile information? TMZ seems to have dropped the ball on this one – with all their legal connections, we’d expect SOMETHING. The New York Post says Ronni told a friend last year that she thought someone was “following her.” Do any of you readers have a story about Ronni you want to share, or a theory, or actual information?

THE BECKHAMS ARE SETTLING IN BEVERLY HILLS

The first family of fashion has decided to call Los Angeles home. David and Victoria Beckham are selling their massive 24 acre estate in the UK, which is worth almost 25 million dollars, and calling their Beverly Hills house home base from now on. Their three sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 5, love living in sunny LA. Accountants advised David and Victoria to sell the English estate, jokingly called “Beckingham Palace,” because the upkeep was astronomical and they were seldom there. The family will maintain a London townhouse for visits.
