Britney Spears fans, and maybe some people not so fond of her, are in a tizzy, claiming she used a body double for some of her dance moves in this “Till the World Ends” promo. (Lip synching isn’t ENOUGH?) They not only accuse Britney’s female choreographer of slapping on a wig to double for some intricate steps, but some insist the stand-in looks like a GUY. We were wondering how on earth Penelope Cruz would be able to finish her scenes in “Pirates of the Caribbean 4” since she has become so obviously pregnant. Lacing herself into the costumes is one challenge- but how about the action scenes? It so happens Penelope’s lookalike sister Monica Cruz (photo above) is stepping in as a body double for her. Monica can stand in for the sexy scenes where Penelope has to look slim or the active scenes where she has move quickly. And they look so much alike, no one will know the difference!
