MARK WAHLBERG IS A SLAVE TO MANSCAPING

Mark Wahlberg recently made waves showing off his sculpted physique during a holiday vacation in Barbados. The 51-year-old actor admits to waking up at 2:30am most days to start his fitness regime – but what he’s NOT revealing is that he keeps his body looking picture perfect thanks to professional manscaping. According to a friend, Mark has an aesthetician groom the hair on his chest, arms and legs! The pal says that Mark is quite particular- he likes a few hairs in the middle of his nipples and well as a straight line of hair from his belly button down. He also prefers his arm and leg hair evenly clipped. “He takes his body hair as seriously as the hair on his head,” the friend says.

You have to give him credit- he’s Arnold’s son with the family housekeeper Mildred Baena– and he caused Maria Shriver to divorce Arnold after 25 years of marriage. A rocky start, but Arnold made sure Joe, 25, got a good education at Pepperdine University AND in the gym. He’s the only one of Arnold’s kids interested in bodybuilding, so they get along well. Joe aspires to body building and acting like his father and finances his efforts by selling real estate.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was in Columbus, Ohio this weekend for his annual Arnold Sports Festival where he ran in to Shaq- one of few guys who can make Arnold look petite. Arnold’s comment: “Great to see my friend Shaq, although I don’t know why he always insists on standing on a 2 foot box when he’s with me.” (Shaq was in town for a DJ job.) Arnold’s bodybuilding contest revealed the competitors are even more gigantic and lumpier that ever- don’t know if it’s due to better gym equipment or better performance drugs…and they all seem to be addicted to deep tanning …

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER AND HIS “OTHER” SON

Interesting how Arnold Schwarzenegger works out with his kids. Yesterday he had a bike ride with his son Patrick and today he rode with his son Joseph Baena. Joseph is Arnold’s lovechild with his housekeeper Mildred Baena and the cause of his split with Maria Shriver. Ironically, Joseph is the son who most resembles his father and wants to follow in his footsteps as a bodybuilder and actor, although he does have a business degree from Pepperdine Univ. Baena would love to have a relationship with Arnold’s other kids, but so far, no luck.

Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger had two boys and two girls while they were together, but none of the kids had any interest in following in their dad’s bodybuilding footsteps. In 2011, the scandal broke that Arnold had a child with a housekeeper and his marriage collapsed. Arnold quietly supported his son Joseph Baena and he graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in business. Arnold has been working out at Gold’s gym with lookalike Joseph and now his son wants to enter a bodybuilding contest himself. So, Joseph, the son that started out as a big problem, turned out to be the kid who shares the most in common with Arnold!

JOSEPH BAENA IS HAVING THE TIME OF HIS LIFE

It turns out that Joseph Baena, 21, is living a charmed life. His father is Arnold Schwarzenegger and his mother was, of course, the family housekeeper when Arnold was married to Maria Shriver. His birth broke up the Schwarzenegger-Shriver marriage, but Arnold and Maria eventually became friendly again. Arnold sent Joseph to college at Pepperdine University to get a business degree (he also plays rugby for the college team.) Joseph is the only son interested in bodybuilding and Arnold is delighted, and spends hours coaching him in the gym. Joseph plans to compete in his first bodybuilding competition soon.

At first glance, you might expect Michael Strahan to become very upset at the sight of his former fiancée Nicole Murphy lounging on the beach with incredibly hunky British bodybuilder/fitness model David McIntosh. Nicole, 47, and David, 27 were filming an ad campaign for an alcoholic beverage in Miami and appear to be very chummy. He’s quite a looker, but insiders say David takes off his clothes a tad TOO easily. He’s done gay videos and gay magazine layouts. In fact no one would be surprised if he “came out” any time now, so Michael Strahan has the last laugh.

The more we read about the death of TV bodybuilder Greg Plitt, the more we think steroids were responsible for his gruesome finish. Police say he was filming action shots running along the train tracks for his motivational website when he was struck by a train. His friends admit that he tried to act like Superman and liked to push things to the limit. “There was nothing he couldn’t do!” He had no permit to be on the tracks and didn’t think he needed one. He was no genius and the drugs made him feel invincible. Just look at Greg’s face and body and it’s apparent he’s pumped up. Steroids stimulate violence and superhuman confidence it’s as simple as that. A tragic and shamefully avoidable loss.

It’s ironic that the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger who turned out to be the most like his father is Joseph Baena, the son he had with his housekeeper. Of course, that revelation broke up Arnold’s marriage to Maria Shriver, but he doesn’t hold it against the boy or his mom. According to TMZ, Arnold does have a relationship with the 16 year old and has noticed that husky Joseph has inherited his father’s physique. He might be another Mr Olympia in the making! Arnold started working out at 16, and he’s delighted at the prospect of mentoring his own bodybuilder son, so he’s providing the gym equipment and encouragement to get Joseph started.
