BTS? NOPE. IT’S THE NEW K-POP BAND TXT!

No surprise that a cute South Korean boy band visited Good Morning America this week. But this time is was not BTS, the band that always draws a huge and emotional crowd of fans. This group of adorable faces belongs to Tomorrow X Together – TXT. Last month BTS announced they were going on hiatus “to pursue solo projects.” They’ve been together for 9 years and say they have all “changed” (grown up) and have new ideas. Their fans were distraught, but TXT is more than ready to fill the void!

UNION J – THE NEXT BIG THING – OR SMALL THING?

England just keeps spitting out cute boy bands and American girls are suckers for those accents. The latest manifestation is Union J – and the guys really ARE adorable. Josh Cuthbert, JJ Hamblett, Jaymi Hensley, and George Shelley are promoting their new single “You Got It All” in London.

UNION J: DON’T UNDERESTIMATE THE IMPORTANCE OF HAIR

Remember the “hair bands” of the 80’s? This UK boy band seems to have revitalized that tradition. Hair is EVERYTHING. The band is called Union J and the members are from left: George Shelley, (with the craziest hair) JJ Hamblett, Josh Cuthbert, and Jaymi Hensley. ONE of them is openly gay – can you guess which? It’s Jaymi on the far right. (The spelling of his name should have been a clue.) They all brought their great hair to the premier of Interstellar in London.

Boy Band Michael Jackson

MICHAEL JACKSON’S NEPHEWS 3T ARE MAKING A COMEBACK

Michael Jackson’s nephews, who formed the singing group 3T back in 1995, are suddenly enjoying popularity since Michael’s new album was released because everybody wants to know what they think of it. Tito Jackson’s sons, Taryll, TJ, and Taj, now in their late 30’s and 40’s, agree that Michael might not approve because he didn’t have the final word. But THEY think it’s great, and love hearing Michael’s voice again. 3T found most of their success in Europe and in October they’re set to join The Big Reunion boyband tour in the UK.
