BRAD PITT AND CLARK GABLE HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON

When we first saw Brad Pitt with Ana de Armas on the red carpet for the Marilyn Monroe movie Blonde, we thought he might be playing Clark Gable in the film. Turns out he was the producer, but it would have been good casting. There IS a resemblance and Brad is the same age Clark was when he starred in The Misfits with Marilyn. It’s rumored that Monroe contributed to Gable’s death. She kept him waiting day after day in the hot sun on location for the western, while she fretted in her dressing room. When the movie wrapped, Gable said “I’m glad this picture is finished – she damn near gave me a heart attack.” The NEXT day he DID have a heart attack, and he died ten days later at the age of 58…

MEN IN SKIRTS CLUB: ASAP ROCKY IS AN ACTIVE MEMBER

And so it begins…the summer of THE SKIRT. Just days after Brad Pitt had the world abuzz when he flaunted a skirt to his Bullet Train premier, we have Rihanna’s baby-daddy ASAP Rocky looking right at home in a black leather skirt and Givenchy sweatshirt. Not much of a surprise because fashion-forward Rocky was one of the earliest rappers to try a skirt. We ARE surprised that anyone in their right mind would choose to wear this outfit on a sizzling hot summer day in New York. Amazing, but some people dress without giving a second thought to the weather. Now that the male skirt is becoming quite acceptable, we can’t help but wonder if the mini-skirt IS NEXT…

Here’s a rare glimpse of Brad Pitt– and it’s strictly business. He’s in Paris promoting his new film Bullet Train, which could turn out to be a blockbuster. He used to be spotted out and about in Hollywood frequently, but his marriages to two of the most famous women in the world taught him how to avoid paparazzi. He’s been hiding out at his Hollywood Hills Craftsman home of late. (Every time we shop at the Gelson’s at the bottom of his hill we look for him. No luck, but cashiers there see him occasionally.) Brad claims to have cleaned up the behavior that wrecked his marriages. With Jennifer Aniston, he admits he smoked pot and laid on the couch all day when he wasn’t working. With second wife Angelina Jolie, the problem was his drinking. He spent a year and a half in AA and even gave up smoking cigarettes. We’re guessing his next romance will be with a waitress or bit player – someone not famous…

Is Brad Pitt actually dating someone? That’s the question buzzing through the gossipy media- although there ARE no photos to back it up! It’s been almost six years since he and Angelina Jolie split and paparazzi are still DYING to score a photo of Brad, 58, with a female companion. BEN AFFLECK AND BRAD PITT HAVE A LOT IN COMMON

In Ben Affleck’s Howard Stern interview he remarked that while he was married to Jennifer Garner and they had three kids, that he felt trapped and would drink too much and fall asleep on the couch. Long after his divorce from Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt confessed that HE would smoke and drink too much and fall asleep on the couch. Both guys were obviously unhappy and didn’t know what to do about it. We’re betting Brad’s marriage to Angelina Jolie ended in a similar way. The DIFFERENCE between Brad and Ben is that Brad carefully chose his words and never mentioned Aniston in a negative way. By saying he felt “trapped” Ben implied that Garner was the cause and we don’t think he meant to. He has always admired and praised his ex-wife.

JENNIFER ANISTON: WHAT WERE THE SAD MEMORIES THE FRIENDS REUNION BROUGHT BACK?

SHILOH JOLIE-PITT IS A FEMALE VERSION OF HER DAD

Can’t help but wonder what Brad Pitt thinks about the metamorphosis of his daughter Shiloh. When he and Angelina were together, they were very accepting of Shiloh’s desire to wear boys clothing and they even called her by a boys name when she insisted. During the past year, Shiloh turned 15, got the braces off her teeth, and started growing out her short boyish haircut. But she was NEVER seen in a dress. UNTIL, that is, Angelina started promoting her new film Eternals on red carpets everywhere. Shiloh has been by her side, dressing up a little more each time, and shyly enjoying the attention. She looks just like her heartthrob dad and has gradually started experimenting with makeup and hairstyles. With her looks, she could easily become a model or actress…

BRAD PITT MUST HAVE SOME MONSTROUS LAWYER BILLS

While perusing the LA Times this morning we noticed a rather interesting looking guy in an unexpected ad for the Brioni store in Beverly Hills. Whoa! Closer inspection revealed the guy to be Brad Pitt! Just last month we were surprised to see Brad selling De’Longhi coffeemakers because he RARELY appears in ads. Now he’s the Global Ambassador for the Brioni label – he represents a “more relaxed vision” for the traditional menswear company. Obviously Brad’s divorce and custody problems are costing him a LOT of money…

Brad Pitt TV Commercial

YES THAT WAS BRAD PITT IN A TV COMMERCIAL!

We were VERY surprised when a commercial came on last night and it was Brad Pitt selling an Italian De’Longhi coffee machine. The ad was beautifully shot – showed Brad on his motorcycle out buying coffee beans and then at home enjoying his cappuccino. It had the expensive quality of a Brad Pitt movie and he looked great. We assume he was inspired by his pal George Clooney’s coffee ads- they didn’t do HIS career any harm.

Angelina Jolie Brad Pitt Custody Kids Maddox

BRAD PITT: WHICH KIDS DON’T WANT HIM AROUND?

Brad Pitt HAS to be wondering which of his six children dislike him enough to testify AGAINST him in his and Angelina’s custody court battle. Angelina is furious because the judge recently gave Brad shared custody of the kids. Court papers show that Angelina said THREE of the children were ready to testify AGAINST their father, but the judge didn’t allow it. We already know Maddox, 19, wants nothing to do with Brad (he was with Angelina long before Brad came along.) Pax is 17 and would probably side with Maddox- but who is the 3rd angry child? Zahara? (we remember Brad shopping with her to find a doll that looked like her) Shiloh? She and the twins Knox and Vivienne look a LOT like their dad. Brad just wants time with his kids so he can win them back. SOME will be more difficult than others…
