BOO HOO- ORANGE COUNTY HOUSEWIVES MIGHT BE KAPUT!

According to our source, this could be the LAST season for the Real Housewives of Orange County. Season 17 launched with big ratings, but the show has been in a free-fall ever since – the most recent episode is one of the lowest rated ever in the franchise’s history. Our well placed Bravo source says that network executives feel the show has lost its mojo and despite frequent cast shakeups, the audience has lost interest. While a final decision has yet to be made, our source predicts this will be IT for RHOC on Bravo. There’s always a possibility producers could sell the show to a less known network, but of course that would mean a steep pay cut for the housewives. In our source’s opinion, the show is now just a bunch of middle-aged women arguing about nothing. There are no celebrities, no real glamour and just a bunch of cookie cutter tract homes and cheap fashion. Harsh…

JILTED ARIANA MADIX IS MAKING THE MOST OF IT

We don’t watch Vanderpump Rules, but a lot of people do, so we want to share this latest tidbit. Our reality show source says that Ariana Madix (she was the one who got cheated on) is asking for a HUGE salary increase if Bravo wants her back next season. Ariana wants NOTHING to do with her ex, Tom Sandoval and his new flame, Raquel Leviss, and the only way she will share screen time with them is if producers show her the money. She knows producers are delighted with all the publicity the cheating scandal brought the show, and they want her back. Ariana is asking for the SAME amount Lisa Vanderpump makes per episode, (no, we don’t know the exact amount but it’s substantially more than anyone else on the show.) Ariana’s career, aside from reality TV, is taking off – she just filmed a made-for-TV movie, and is slated to appear on Dancing With the Stars – so unless the offer is too good to pass up, she’s ready to walk!

Andy Cohen Bravo I Slept With a Celebrity

ANDY COHEN’S NEW SHOW “I SLEPT WITH A CELEBRITY” IS BOUND TO BE A HIT!

Andy Cohen knows what people want. He’s the first cable exec to jump on the tabloid bandwagon and cash in on “Hollywood Kiss n’ Tell” stories. The tabloids have long competed for confessions from hot girls who’ve had one night stands with celebrities. For some reason it’s mostly females doing the confessing about males (maybe female celebrities are harder to get) but they do remember all the pertinent details. In the past, magazines have paid plenty for juicy kiss n tells and presumably Bravo will do the same for Andy’s new aptly titled show “I Slept With a Celebrity.” Each week two guests will describe in lurid detail their experiences with famous bed partners. We’re expecting to see lots of party girls, and strippers and maybe a drug dealer or two. Wouldn’t miss it for the world!

QUEER EYE IS COMING BACK FOR A LAST LOOK!

Bravo’s first smash hit reality show back in 2003 was “Queer Eye For the Straight Guy” and we LOVED the way these stylish gay men would take over a rumpled straight man’s dismal life and teach him how to groom himself, entertain, and LIVE in general. It was like a quickie charm school. (We’ve often thought about opening a charm school for men) Anyway, according to Deadline.com The Fab Five, Thom Filicia, Ted Allen, Carson Kressley, Jai Rodriguez, and Kyan Douglas, are coming back for a night on the “Queer Eye Reunion: 10 Years Later.” Andy Cohen will talk to the guys about how the show changed their lives and reveal some behind the scenes gossip on Bravo in October.

If Teresa and her surly husband Joe Guidice think their federal fraud indictments are bad news – they haven’t heard the worst. Behind the scenes, Bravo executives are seriously discussing the future of the New Jersey Housewives. Teresa is the most outrageous of the housewives and the Guidices could easily both be sentenced to time in prison. Could the show continue without her? Should it? According to The Daily News, Bravo’s new boss Bonnie Hammer isn’t a fan of the reality series – yes, it gets good ratings, but advertisers don’t want to be associated with it. This could be the end of Teresa’s reality career.

DID RACHEL ZOE GET PREGNANT TO SAVE HER FASHION EMPIRE?

Rachel’s timing is certainly impeccable. Her Bravo reality series has dropped sharply in the ratings, causing many to wonder if it will even be renewed. Rachel’s clothing collection isn’t causing a whole lot of excitement either. Many of her design deals came about BECAUSE of her TV exposure, so remaining on the air is a top priority. The easiest way to pull in reality viewers nowadays is to GET PREGNANT. The Kardashians paved the way. Maybe Rachel will finally get the little girl she wanted and cut Skyler’s hair!

IS LEANN RIMES CRAZY ENOUGH TO JOIN THE BEVERLY HILLS HOUSEWIVES?

We can’t help but ponder the news that Bravo producers are BEGGING LeAnn Rimes to join the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Leann’s nemesis Brandi Glanville is totally up for it! Bravo is telling LeAnn that this is her opportunity to tell “her side of the story.” LeAnn famously broke up Brandi’s family and stole her husband Eddie Cibrian, whom she promptly married. But there really isn’t a GOOD side to that story so how can Leann clean up her image, anyway? Brandi’s new book would probably benefit if LeAnn were sensationally added to the cast. LeAnn’s penchant for being photographed in a bikini would certainly spur Brandi to a bikini showdown. WE would certainly tune in, wondering how long LeAnn could hold on to her sanity. Stranger things have happened.

Bravo Lindsay Lohan Million Dollar Decorators Money

SCAM ARTIST LINDSAY LOHAN CONTINUES TO STEAL AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY

Lindsay Lohan continues to steal from anyone who’s nice to her, yet people keep giving her “another chance.” Bravo’s “Million Dollar Decorators” series made a deal to redo Lindsay’s rented home and spend over $250,000 on the job, yet Lindsay failed to show up for the most important “reveal” episode. (Other participants generally pay for part of the expenses.) Designer Kathryn Ireland (above), who put in a lot of hours on the project, and Bravo execs were furious at the ungrateful actress. SO furious, that according to RadarOnline, they attempted to take back the furnishings, only to find that sneaky Lindsay had ALREADY emptied the house and shipped everything to storage in a secret location! Cash-strapped Lindsay will probably try to sell it on eBay (along with who-knows-what-else she has absconded with.)

Bravo’s Executive Vice President Andy Cohen is changing late night TV. The tried and true talk show hosts endure their guests prolonged promotion of their projects while Andy asks the outrageous questions they would be afraid to ask – and he raises an eyebrow if the answer doesn’t seem honest. He gets away with it because Andy is such an enthusiastic fan of celebrities and all things showbiz oriented. According to the LA Times, Andy was voted “biggest gossip” in high school. His live nightly half hour show “Watch What Happens live” attracts not only Bravo stars but big names like Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Anderson Cooper, all of whom dropped their egos at the door. We can’t wait for the Ralph Fiennes Pajama Party.
