Earlier this year, she was accused of elder abuse on her mom. Now HERE’S where it gets interesting. Electra has been telling friends that she was having a secret fling with a celebrity who lived not far from her in Malibu. She didn’t name names, but all roads seem to lead to Charlie. A few weeks ago Electra told pals the celebrity wanted to END things, and THAT’S when Charlie alleges that Electra started harassing him, even vandalizing his car. There could be more to this situation than meets the eye…
