WHY JOE JONAS IS BEING CALLED A CHEAPSKATE

Joe Jonas has made himself a laughingstock in Hollywood by setting up a GoFundMe account to raise money for his ailing tour manager. Apparently the tour manager, Dan Lipski, got into some kind of accident in Thailand (no details were provided) and he’s hospitalized there, running up big hospital bills. Joe thought he was doing his pal a favor when he set up the GoFundMe account with a goal of $40,000, and asked DNCE fans to donate. He was suddenly hit with a huge backlash of people criticizing him for trying to get money out of ordinary people when he is a multimillionaire and could easily afford to help the guy. Good point…

Charity Cheapskate Kim Kardashian

THE HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VICTORIA BECKHAM AND KIM KARDASHIAN

The Beckhans wasted no time cleaning out their closets to donate clothing they no longer wear to the Red Cross charity shop in London. They packed up twenty boxes of garments (some David’s) and a truckload of shoes and delivered them to the Red Cross to aid typhoon victims in the Philippines. The news spread fast and the shop was mobbed with collectors – some buyers listed the stuff on eBay immediately. Kim Kardashian wanted to jump on THAT bandwagon so she bragged on her blog that she too, donated clothing to be sold on eBay to help the disaster victims. The difference between Kim and Victoria is that 100% of the Beckhams donations went to charity, but Kim only donated a measly 10% of her proceeds and kept the rest!

Cheapskate Courtney Love Lawsuit

COURTNEY LOVE’S BIG MOUTH GETS HER IN MORE TROUBLE

Courtney Love is lucky to have that Kurt Cobain money because she spends a fortune on lawyers. You will recall she was the first celebrity sued for defamation over comments she made on Twitter about a fashion designer. Apparently Courtney was outraged when the designer, Dawn Simorangkir, expected her TO PAY for merchandise she bought! Courtney insulted the designer and lambasted her reputation. Dawn sued and ended up settling for $430,000. But loose cannon Courtney didn’t learn her lesson – she started insulting the designer on Pintarest and told Howard Stern that Dawn stole from her and accused her of prostitution. (Even Stern was shocked – but that’s why he loves Courtney) So, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the designer is suing Courtney yet again!

BIANCA JAGGER HAS ALWAYS BEEN A CHEAPSKATE

We were highly amused to read about Bianca Jagger resenting being called a tightwad after an incident in Austria. It seems Bianca was in Austria when she lost a ring that she said was worth $250,000, according to Page Six. A local man found and returned the ring, and expected a 5% reward, which is the LAW in Austria. Bianca immediately said she was “mistaken” about the value of the ring and it was only worth $12,500. She offered the guy $1,250 and now he is taking her to court. We’re here to say that Bianca IS a cheapskate – even more so than her exhusband Mick Jagger. Back in the 70’s, we had a clothing store on Sunset Strip frequented by rock stars and Bianca, who was married to Mick at the time, came in. She spent a lot of time picking out and trying on an armload of expensive clothes and dumped them all on the counter. When the cashier started adding up the prices she freaked and gasped “Do you know who I AM?” She expected the get the clothes FREE because she was married to Mick (who paid full price for his own stuff – more on that, another time) We explained it was a small shop and we couldn’t afford to give clothes away to anybody. When it became clear that she wasn’t getting her selections for free, she stormed out and we never saw her again. (Above, Bianca and Mick at their daughter Jade’s wedding last year))

JERMAINE JACKSON SAYS HE CAN’T AFFORD TO SUPPORT HIS KIDS

Deadbeat dad Jermaine Jackson struts around like a very prosperous guy in public, but privately he seems to be quite a cheapskate. He’s $100,000 behind on child support for his tragically named sons Jermagesty and Jaafar, and as a result has lost his driver’s license. He’s appealing to a judge to reduce his monthly payments from $3000 to $215 a month. Jermaine has seven children with three women. (Apparently his Muslim faith has no rules about that.) Odd that Jermaine didn’t appear to be broke on his reality show “The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty.” Critics pointed out that the brothers were “stiff and lacked personality” and there are no plans for further episodes. It’s time for Jermaine to stop bragging about all the specials and tributes and tours he’s “planning,” and get to work.

Courtney Love SAYS she launched her whatcourtneyworetoday.com website featuring her OWN photos because she was tired of seeing gross paparazzi photos of herself all over the internet. Every day a new fashion photo is posted on her site and comments are invited. We know Courtney ALL too well and feel the REAL reason she launched the site is to publicize the names of designers she wears. Courtney is famous for stiffing stylists and designers so now she can point to her site and say “Why should I pay you? – look at all the free publicity I’m getting for you!”

DID TIGER WOODS’ CHEAPNESS DO HIM IN?

No WONDER so many of Tiger Woods’ girlfriends and mistresses sold their stories – he was a cheapskate with all of them! If he’d been a bit more generous this deluge of tell-alls might not have happened. Besides being a lousy tipper, he never gave his girls gifts or even nights on the town along with his entourage. He even had the nerve to fly them on discount airlines in coach seats for their hotel assignations! And if any of the girls needed money, he turned them down! Now that the girls know about EACH OTHER, they all feel cheated and used and can’t talk enough.

Jaime Pressly’s show “My Name is Earl” got cancelled so now she has plenty of time to play with her pasta at Cravings on Sunset Strip. Yesterday we bumped into a professional carpet cleaner who told us Jaime was his favorite customer – he said she was “Very friendly and down to earth” and appreciated his work. He said his LEAST favorite customer was boxer Sugar Ray Leonard, who demanded special discounts, argued over prices, and nitpicked every detail.

KOBE BRYANT REALLY HATES TO PAY FOR PARKING

Kobe Bryant was driving out of the parking structure on Robertson Blvd and the attendant took his ticket and said “That’ll be five dollars.” Kobe scowled “Do I have to pay?” The guy said “Everybody pays” and Kobe smirked “I only have a hundred dollar bill.” The attendant took the bill and proceeded to count out Kobe’s change in a stack of small bills. Disgruntled Kobe stuffed the money in his pocket and gave the guy a disgusted look before he drove off. THIS from a man who didn’t flinch at a $21,000 tab for Cristal champagne at Blush in Las Vegas a few months ago!
