WATCH OUT CHER, ELIJAH IS NOT HAPPY

Cher recently made headlines when she unsuccessfully attempted to get a conservatorship over her seemingly troubled son Elijah Blue Allman and now he’s hoping to turn the tables and get back at her! Elijah is trying to team up with his half-sibling, Chaz (formerly Chastity) Bono to go to court and wrestle control of their mom’s estate. Elijah and Chaz have tumultuous relationships with their mom, especially since Cher started romancing Alexander Edwards, who happens to be 40 years younger than she is. They feel she’s being manipulated by him and they have the nerve to call it ELDER ABUSE. The tentative plan is to get a conservator appointed to handle Cher’s finances! CHER IS RETHINKING HER WILL

If she could turn back time, Cher might have taken a stricter approach raising her allegedly troubled 47 year old son Elijah Blue. But that’s not an option, so she’s doing the next best thing – rewriting her will! Cher was unsuccessful in her recent court battle to be named Elijah’s conservator, so now she’s making sure any money he might inherit from her estate won’t go directly to him. Although Elijah’s dad, Gregg Allman, left him a trust when he passed away in 2017, it’s a pittance compared to Cher’s net worth. Given his struggles with sobriety, Cher is deciding what -if anything- to leave her son. One thing is for certain, even if she decides to keep him in her will, Elijah will never have direct access to one cent of her money!

CHER’S ROMANCE RETURNED WITH A VENGEANCE

Well, it sure LOOKS LIKE Cher and her 40 years younger on-again boyfriend Alexander “AE” Edwards are getting serious! How do we know? First of all, they traveled together to Paris for Fashion Week. That is exactly where they were introduced last year by mutual friend Tyga. THIS time they were inseparable and affectionate. Cher even wore her platinum blonde wig that matched AE’s hair. And they are starting to dress alike – lots of black leather and metal. Before they split last May, Cher said they were working on new music together – AE is a rapper and record executive. CHER AND DAVID GEFFEN HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON

Cher just re-listed her beachfront Malibu mansion, dropping the price down to $75 million, ($10 million less than when she listed it last year.) According to a real estate insider, there are already TWO prospective clients and one is Cher’s former boyfriend, the now openly gay multi-billionaire David Geffen! Coincidentally, Cher and Geffen both have very young boyfriends. Cher and her boyfriend Alexander Edwards MIGHT be engaged, and according to Roger Friedman (Showbiz 411) David just married his 50 years younger boyfriend, model Donovan Michaels. David hopes to transform Cher’s sprawling mansion into a super luxurious boutique hotel. The other interested party wants to turn the place into a posh inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. Of course both ideas would need to be approved by the various zoning authorities, including the notoriously challenging California Coastal Commission, so hold off on trying to book your hotel room or rehab stay.

Cher Yard Sale

CHER IS PLANNING THE ALL-TIME GREATEST YARD SALE

If she could turn back time, Cher probably wouldn’t have accumulated a lot of the things in her closets. She’s always been fond of shopping, and designers have given her loads of gifts through the years. As we previously reported, Cher has been cleaning out her Malibu compound and now she’s planning the ultimate yard sale. From Chrome Hearts to Old Navy, Bob Mackie to Macy’s, Cher has decades worth of stuff she’s planning to sell. Don’t think you’ll be able to snoop around her home though, Cher’s looking at venues, including the hangars at Santa Monica Airport, for the perfect place to hold the sale. It’s also for a good cause since Cher’s donating a portion of the proceeds (which she expects will be in the MILLIONS!) to charities (Armenian?) close to her heart. We hope to be first in line for THIS one!

Cher Closet Future

CHER IS THINKING ABOUT THE FUTURE

Cher is doing her kids Chaz and Elijah a favor and cleaning out her closets so they won’t have to. Although she seems to be living it up these days with her decades younger boyfriend (fiance?) Alexander Edwards, Cher has also started facing her own mortality. The recent death of her mom Georgia seemed to be the catalyst. Cher has accumulated over 5 decades worth of costumes, clothing, jewelry, mementos, etc , and now she’s slowly but surely, downsizing. (Years ago we went to a yard sale at her house and it was FABULOUS!) She hired a professional organizer to help her sort through her mountains of stuff. She’s selling items, donating things to museums and charity thrift shops, and giving her friends some of her possessions. She wants to make it easy for her kids, when she’s no longer around…

CHER ALWAYS HAD A MIND OF HER OWN

Right now Cher is on a dream vacation – she’s cruising the Mediterranean with a group of close friends on a huge luxury yacht. The yacht pulled into the Portofino harbor this weekend and the gang got off to sightsee and indulge in the city’s notoriously delicious food. Cher stuck out like a sore thumb amid the casual tourists because she was dressed more appropriately for a nightclub than a sunny day- in head to toe black with black boots.
